So, let's say you have a question but you don't want to post it in public. Here's what you do:

PM a MODERATOR (17, 18, Bra, Yamu) and ask the question.

If they don't know the answer or you arn't satisfied, then PM a SUPER MODERATOR (Bardock, Burter)

If you still don't have an answer or arn't satisfied, go to an ADMINISTRATOR (Raditzu, Reijin)

That's it. That's the chain of command. Don't skip that chain. Don't PM Reijin and say "can I get my best move updated?" You start at the bottom, then move up

Don't assume. Mods know quite a bit more than you guys seem to think. I'm fairly certain that those four contain 99.99% of the information that's actually relevant to you.

This sparked up because we all compared notes. Me and Tim are getting random PMs like "Can I have a new best move?" or "What do I do now?", and Waffuru and the other mods hardly get any PMs.

I'm fairly certain me and Tim (and I'm sure Mario and Nick too) are going to start ignoring PMs until we're certain you were sent up

I would like to point out that I am on fairly often as well and that I am completely willing to update stuff. Same for 17, possibly.

Don't PM a staff member just because you see them online and want your stuff updated right that second. More often than not, I complete all updates before I log off.
