When eliminated, players are brought back to the original meeting grounds and permitted to leave. Do not rp elsewhere until you've roleplayed your character arriving after elimination and leaving.
This is to put some closure on your character and let them reflect
You return to the planet you were originally on

"It's alright," Retane smiled nicely. "We don't mind, right Tap?" Retane turned to see Tapion, who just nodded without speaking. "I've played this before, it's better to team up then go alone. Stick with us."
There wasn't a whole lot of choice for the machine hybrid. He could have said no, sure, but what good would that do? He could never outrun these guys. So he stepped forward. "Okay, sure, I guess."
Retane then held up the gun behind him. Tapion kept a straight face so as to not give anything away.
Fifteen then heard the namekian speak behind him. The fake-nice voice was gone, and it was back to Retane's evil, dark whisper of a voice. "Naive little newbie," he growled.
That was when the trigger was pulled. A large, sharp nail stuck into the back of the robotic head and out the other side, through his forehead. Fifteen's eyes went blank in front of Tapion, who grimaced.

Android 15 awoke in a blur, he was now back to where he was when he had been teleported unto that dark island. He didn't have a clue of what had happened. Everything just went by too fast, one minute he was being offered to be in a group with the merciless green menace and the calm and steady alien. The next minute he got shot in the back of the head by a nail. The machine hybrid climbed up to his feet, and sighed. He patted the dirt off his suit, and reached for his wine bottle which was placed nicely in his left pocket.
It all seemed like a dream, and 15 sure as hell didn't want it to end. Or at least not the way he did end. The cybernetic warrior, was now back in focus with what he had to do, and that was his assignment to kill Goku. I will get stronger... You can count on that, and when I do... you green son of a bitch better watch your little green rear. The machine hybrid smiled, a broad smile. As if everything just got past him and he was now back to his normal self. He had met a couple of interesting people and had not regretted a single move he made in Dante's Abyss.
Android 15 got ready to leave, when the small man that had led him into the barracks appeared.
"Tough luck, sir" said the small man with his original timid tone. "You were sure one of my favorites... I really thought you had a chance against those two. You really got screwed over"
"Hah, thanks. Don't worry, next time I won't be that easy." smirked Android 15. "I never got your name though."
"My name is Houni, I'm a staff specialist in the Dante's Abyss tournament. I gotta say, you are definately one of my favorites all these years. It was just a bad timing for you to run into someone like Retane. He's built up a reputation to act harsh against new contenders and other competitors." replied Houni.
"Heh, don't worry about it, I'll be back next year."
While they have been talking, they have already arrived at the registration center. The android looked at the small man behind him, and extended his right hand for a good shake. Drinking what was left of the wine bottle with his left. The small non-transformer acknowledged the shake by extending his hands to where the android held his hand out. They shook firm and gripped hard.
"Better luck next year" Houni called back as Android 15 waved him goodbye and set on his way to a better tommorow.
OOC: XD First post!! Suckas
Good luck to all the remaining contestants xD

Poison
Gokua sat dreadfully in a darkened corner of the empty room?no people, no furniture, no wallpaper, not carpet. His head was hung low, and his chaotic mess of orange hair shrouded any hopes of catching a glimpse of his facial features. A dim light (It created an orange lighting rather than the usual) lingered from the center of the ceiling rocking back and forth, mutating the faint shadow that was behind the swordsman. He simply sat there with his hands laced together in front of him, still hunched over, and mourning over his own miserable defeat.
?Fucking poison,? he muttered. ?Poison . . .? he raised his voice. ?Poison!? he bellowed with tenacious ferocity. The floor vibrated, and the foundations of the building quivered under Gokua?s sheer rage.
He got up from his seat. His muscles slim arms became brawny as he they bulged. He raised his head upward; the orange light washed over the alien?s face. His eyes were wide, and his mouth open; teeth grinding against each other. The foundations continued to quiver, and the floor vibrated much more violently.
?POISON!? he roared, ?POISON!?
Erratic showings of lightning appeared and disappeared around his figure, and slowly, he levitated into the air; the lightning rose with him. The floor finally ceased to shake, and the foundations?what was left of them?returned to normal, and still maintained the majority of its structure. Gokua?s eyes went white and his hair fell over his face in a depressing, maniacal fashion. He roared POISON in an inarticulate ball of nonsense. And again. And again.
* * *
His eyes gradually opened.
?Thank God, you?re all right,? a calming voice said.
The swordsman was greeted to an intense light. He waved a palm over his face to block the sudden shine. His eyes opened more, and he saw a female figure in front of him.
?I thought you had killed yourself in here,? she said. Her voice was light and innocent. It placed Gokua into a palace of tranquility. She spoke more words, but all he heard was pleasurable blurred tones gently meander into one ear, massage his brain, and twist out of the other. Then it came clear to him. ?Would you like anything to eat or drink, sir??
He shook his head a few times?right left, right left. ?No, I?ll be ?right.?
?Okay then. Just stay careful. Dante?s Abyss can really take a toll on people.?
?Yeah, no kidding.?
?How did you wind up here anyway??
Gokua was struck dumb with an emotionless facial expression. He thought deeply?into the inner portions of his mind. He remembered what his father used to tell him. A man never remembers everything he sees until he sees it twice. He remembered where he was?barren ground, typical for that region of the island. He remembered his backpack and his spork. Think harder. He remembered a bush. He remembered regurgitating blood, then an entire organ?his liver. Think harder. He traveled deeper into his memory, fishing for more content. It came to him. He remembered a figure. He was of a strange skin color. He had a peculiar, yet rather distinct Mohawk that appeared to have been dipped in red-orange. A plate on the side of his head and Elvin ears, he remembered. He wore the attire of a wandering man; the type that lived paycheck to paycheck. And those eyes?those dark green eyes. They were merciless.
?I was poisoned,? Gokua replied, roughly.
?Ah. . . what a sad way to be defeated.?
?Indeed.?
?On to bigger and better things though,? she said, trying to comfort him; it worked. ?Right??
?Right.?
?Well, I hope you do well in the rest of your vent??
Gokua disappeared, vanishing into thin are.

OOC: There, I'm out. Good luck to everyone I am rooting for (You know who you are). And I hope someone castrates Tapion, so I can greet him on this side. Same for Retane.

Eyes clenched closed, he could feel the heat of an overhead lamp pressing against his face. The smell of chemicals and latex filled his nostrils. He wriggled his limbs, feeling the clamps on his wrists and ankles, holding him hostage. Gasps filled the room as he did so, metal clanged against the floor. Someone had dropped something.
?Doctor!? A woman?s voice crackled from behind a veil of fear, another gasp came from a manlier source. ?He?s? awake.? She spoke hesitantly, choosing her words very carefully.
?Get more anesthesia in here now!? The manly voice spoke again, a muffled voice, obviously covered by a surgical mask. He finally had the voice to open his eyes, a man?s face eclipsed the surgical lamp that floated above his head, and the apron on the doctor was covered in blood. He hadn?t taken the time to ponder whether the blood was his own, probably because it wasn?t really any concern.
?He opened his eyes, give me the needle,? a moments pause. ?THE FUCKING NEEDLE LINDA!? Increasing her pace a woman, presumably Nurse Linda, popped into the Konat?s vision and slipped a needle into the doctor?s waiting hand.
Before he could force the tip into Minoshia?s neck, the sound of splitting metal echoed in the rambunctious surgical room. The doctors looked down to see the Konat?s hand wandering free, the metal clamp lying deformed and broken on the floor. Very quickly the young prince reached up and snatched the needle from the surgeon?s hand, spinning it efficiently in his palm and turning the tip towards the man in the white coat.
Doctor James Stewart didn?t faint into unconsciousness immediately, but it didn?t take long after the needle pierced his neck for his body to collapse helplessly on the floor. The last thing he remembered hearing was the shrieking sounds of the nurses.
It didn?t take long for the three remaining clamps to join their deformed partner on the floor, freeing the child completely. Rolling out of the surgical bed, to the bewildered glances of the nurses and doctors, he simply walked past them towards the door.
?You can?t leave!? One nurse shrieked, Minoshia assumed it to be Linda. She sucked at her job. ?You?ll feel too much pain!? She stopped for a second, wondering why he wasn?t feeling any right now. ?We need to fix you!? Minoshia turned around after hearing her voice, and saw himself in a tall mirror that stood on the far end of the room. There was a rather large hole in his stomach.
?I don?t feel pain anymore.? Minoshia?s monotone snarl forced them to step backwards in fear. ?Here is a lesson in surgery.? Minoshia waved his hand over his stomach, and flesh began to grow back. Being able to heal yourself was a neat trick.
Turning on his heels he pressed his palms against the door and walked through it, down the long hallways and past the receptionist?s desk, towards a Teletube labeled ?Earth?.
?Sir! Would you like to leave a comment for the fans before officially leaving the tournament?? She sounded excited, with her fake smile and perfectly white teeth. A conformist to society views of beauty, he disgusted him. He walked over and picked up the pen, never taking his eyes off the receptionist of the building. Her nametag read ?Lucille?, a fitting name for a receptionist. He scribbled something down quickly, and spun the clipboard back towards Lucille, letting her read it. Her face turned white as the paper as she read the words.
?In response to my elimination, I will take my free time to visit Earth. In response to my anger, I will tear thousands of innocent lives into darkness. Enjoy your peace and quiet while it lasts. You will all be dead soon enough.?
Lucille looked at the dark prince with fear and disgust on her face. Minoshia smiled in return, leaning very close to her. As he got closer to her face, she pushed back further in the chair, and he continued to encroach.
?If that doesn?t make it onto the air, I will find you. When I find you, I will tear your innards out while your heart is still beating, and force feed it to all your living relatives.? He quickly retreated and turned around, heading towards the door. He opened it half way then turned around once more, obviously forgetting something. ?Oh yea, then I?ll kill them too.? He smiled, and walked into the tube, feeling his body dematerialize.

All of a sudden, she felt it. The feeling of chi pulsing through her skull?or what remained of it, anyways. She fell backwards, but instead of slamming into the ground, the feeling she expected, she landed softly on a gentle pillow, and opened her fearfully closed eyes to see that she was back in the Dante?s Abyss 2007 compound. It was over for her.
A feeling of mystification surrounded her, letting her feel as if she had been dropped onto the very clouds themselves. Lifting herself to her feet, she could not help but sigh in disappointment at the short length of her tenure on the television program.
Her memories were anything but fond, however. Coming into the competition, she expected a good change in herself?perhaps, maybe, it would lighten the load of her dark past. And for a while, while she traveled with Garlic, it did. But then, he ran off in her time of need, leading to her death under the fire of her own weapon. She had finally realized something. A phrase that she had learned was partly true.
?Love many, trust none,? she recited to herself.
The only part true was ?trust none?. Zangya had no time to feel emotion of either familial or romantic love for anyone. She had no time to rely on trust to get her through things. It was clear already that to trust was truly na?ve.
?Miss Zangya,? came a voice from behind her. Twisting around in a serpentine manner, the green-skinned woman grimaced as the man beckoned her to follow him out the door. The slender warrior followed gracefully out, and then turned and looked morbidly at him as he gestured towards the teletube.
Well, here she goes?back to Vejita-sei. But not for long; she was heading to Earth soon.

Quote:"Let him go!"
?Minoshia stop. Stop it Minoshia. Can?t you see it?s me Bulma. ME Minoshia, your companion from Dante?s Abyss Conquest, it?s me, your friend??
Quote:Mino again shot a ki blast, but this time exploding into Bulma's gut and out the other side against the rock.
The woman who thrashed around on the bed suddenly stopped moving. A beep then appeared on the heart rate machine. ?Her heart rate is decreasing!? yelled a nurse. Another stood in shock watching, whilst the beeps continued. The same nurse who spoke previously gripped the traumatized man by his shoulders. ?Snap out of it!?
?What is the meaning of this,? he cried. ?We are the best nurses. Why is this happening??
?I don?t know?? replied the other.
Bulma?s heart rate suddenly increased, settling back to its normal beats. ?Phew,? a nurse sighed, wiping the sweat from her head, and then using a clean white cloth to wipe the DA participants sweaty face. The woman, who had just recovered from a heart failure, used a hand to grab hold of the nurse?s thin wrist. Her other hand caught the handkerchief before it had the chance to fall onto her face. She finally opened her eyes, witnessing a flashback of last years Dante?s Abyss, where she was lying on her back in the same position, staring up at the lights, which were so bright, with no words uttered from her lips.
?Where?s Tina?? she asked quietly. It was not in her hands, letting loose. ?Where?s my machine gun? Where is it??
?Your comrade Yamu picked it up after you died.?
She slowly raised her head from the mattress, hands on her thighs, head lowered, reminiscing her disgraceful performance. ?And I call myself a warrior, a fighter?I failed?to protect Tina?further more?Yamu is still in there. Not like this?I didn?t want it to end this way!? She squeezed her palms so tight veins bulged out. ?I failed in front of YAMU! He probably thinks I?m a disgrace. I?ve let myself down too! I don?t deserve to be alive.?
?No?Nobody deserves to die,? said the male nurse softly.
Quote:"Looks like I hit the jackpot. Four kills for the price of one."
?Son of a?? she murmured quietly, hands ripping the sheets of her bed, fighting desperately to control her anger. She turned to the nurse. ?What of Minoshia?
?He was killed by Yamu, immediately after you.?
?So it was Yamu who avenged me. Dammit! Not Yamu?? Did this mean she owed him? ?Damn!? She remembered the fight she had with her mother, which took place almost a whole day earlier. ?Why is it that the people I care about the most in this world always betray me? Do you know why nurse?? He gazed at her, with no answer, only eyes of sorrow. He could not bear to look at the depressed woman, so he turned his face away from her visage.
?Even I don?t have an answer,? she continued. ?He was going to kill me. I had no choice; I had to reach for the trigger. It was kill or be kilt. How could I refrain??
Bulma rose from her bed, arms crossed, thinking about the earlier events in Dante?s Abyss. Another nurse made her way towards the woman?s side. She wanted to console her, but feared how the emotional woman would react. ?I guess I should blame myself,? she believed. ?I had a choice, I chose to enter, obviously a foolish mistake. Why enter a game if you?re going to be betrayed by your comrade? It?s not worth it. The people I care about the most have a habit of trying to kill me. What choice does that leave me with? Do you know the answer nurse??
?It was only a game,? said the nurse.
?WHAT ABOUT MY PRIDE?! DO I NEGLECT THAT?!?
Veins appeared on the sides of Bulma?s face, which expressed her sudden burst of anger towards the comment. ?A game where people kill their own comrades! Do you know what that is? That?s bullshit! Dante?s Abyss is Bull. Shit! This will be the last time I enter a game of this kind! I was killed by my ex husband in your other tournament?Dante?s Abyss Conquest. And how ironic that I was killed by the person I considered a friend, who I met in that competition (Minoshia). In an elimination and survival tournament such as these, allies are supposed to unite and fight side by side. If Minoshia were truly an ally, he would have refrained. He did not. If Vegeta truly loved me, he would not have killed me. If my mother loved me, she would not have tried to do the same thing. All this?has taught me?that I have no family! It has taught me that Minoshia is not to be trusted!?
The nurse lowered her head, a tear coming from her eye. She found the courage to put her arm on Bulma, but the woman rejected her condolence, slapping her hand away. ?I don?t need sympathy. I want revenge! Minoshia, I know you can here me!? she called out. ?Name the place, and we can settle this. You and I, a fight to the death, because I will not stand for betrayal! I will not! I never have and I never will!?
?Revenge is never the right path,? said the nurse, continuing to wipe tears from her eyes.
?You sound just like my former mentor. Well, I do things my way. Revenge is the only thing that will satisfy. This time, even death will not stop me from getting what I want.?

Raspberry fell on the ground, dead. The first fight he got in the Dante Abyss and he was dead, he did not even give the foes a good challenge. Death, it wasn?t so bad, it was not the first time he had died. His body was in a horrible condition, it was lying on the ground of the battle ground.
?One positive thing, I didn?t die first... And I got further than what I thought I would, maybe next year? I can?t wait to get my revenge to the two... I will kill them some day,? He thought as the faces of the enemies ran trough his mind.
They were going to pay. Death was not desired by Rasp. Was time going to heal these wounds? Next year, it was totally a year to next year. It was too long time to wait. Maybe something was going to happen somewhere in the meanwhile. You never forget the blood, sweat, and tears from the competition of Dante Abyss.
--------------------------------------------
?Are you alright Raspberry?? A friendly voice asked him, it was a nurse from the Dante Abyss VIP grounds.
?Huh? There is no blood? But I?m dead? Yeah I?m alright thank you.? Raspberry said as he was a bit confused about this.
?When you die in DA you are teleported here,? The nice nurse said with a friendly smile.
?I tried so hard and got so far, but it doesn't even matter anymore every step that I took was another mistake.?
He raised himself from the bed, and waved at the nurses walking out from the room. He walked out thinking that he maybe even did well. That was not the way the reptile had imagined it in his mind anyway. But he did well enough. Everyone was looking at the gator-like alien as if he did something. He looked at some of the people who were showing thumbs up to him, he was really confused.
He looked up and saw a big screen about the fights in Dante Abyss, he watched a few of them until it came his own. People started to stare at Raspberry and he started to walk away.
?Why am I walking anyways I can fly...?
He tried to fly but it did not go too well he had not flied in a while, after a few tries he was in the air but it was still hard to control it.
He flew to a mountain area and started thinking that it was the end of his Dante.

Pikkon shuddered as he felt a tingling sensation rip through his entire body. Opening his eyes, he was met with a blur, slowly his eyes began to adjust. Above him stood an unfamiliar face starring down at his own with a big smile.
?Pikkon, I?m sorry to inform you, but it looks like you were killed in Dante?s Abyss,? the strange man commented still smiling from ear to ear.
?Figures,? Pikkon muttered as he slowly pulled himself up onto his feet.
Dante?s Abyss had been quite an experience for Pikkon, he had realised that he was not as strong or as smart as he thought he was. But now that he was out, he had a new mission. A mission to change himself, to become stronger, faster, smarter and all around a greater warrior.
?I watched you on TV sir. No one expected you to turn on Retane and Tapion, I think that was your biggest mistake in the competition,? the man asked who Pikkon now realised was an official for the Dante?s Abyss competition.
?I don?t want to talk about it. Just tell me how I can get out of here,? Pikkon growled back at the official.
?Gladly, sir. If you would be so kind as to follow me I will escort you to the door, we are already on Earth so I?m sure you will be able to find your own way home,? the official replied too happily for Pikkon?s liking.
?Whatever, just get me out of here.?
Pikkon followed the short stubby official out of the white room they currently inhabited through a sliding door and down a long hall. At the end of the hall they where met with a large lobby. Pikkon could see human?s outside yelling various comments, obviously aimed towards himself.
Sitting behind a reception area a large man glanced at the green warrior as he entered the room. Bending down, he disappeared for a few seconds.
?Your personal belongings will be returned to you, then you are free to leave. Thanks for competing in Dante?s Abyss,? the small official who led Pikkon to the lobby said as he turned to leave, walking back down the corridor that had just left obviously waiting to escort other defeated contestants.
The big man behind the reception desk reappeared, he placed a familiar set of weighted clothing onto the desk in front of him and placed a scouter on top.
?Pikkon, it was fun watching you. Here are your belongings you are now free to go. Sorry but there is not much we can do about the audience outside,? he stated not once looking at Pikkon but glaring at the humans who where going crazy just outside the glass doors behind Pikkon.
?Thanks,? the green warrior snarled as he quickly picked up his belongings and headed towards the door.
Pikkon was ready for a new way of life, nothing would stop him now from becoming the strongest warrior who ever lived, he knew it would take time and lots of effort. But they where both things he was willing to give.
Placing a single hand on the door handle he turned his head towards the large reception guy, ?I?ll be seeing you next year,? he stated, with a serious look crossing his face.
He then pushed open the door and stepped into the awaiting crowd.
OOC: I'm happy, I got a lot further than I thought I would.

Celipa's first thoughts upon walking up were: Do I still have the fucking shotgun?
However, her high hopes plummeted just like her spirits as she felt the emptiness in her hands. She let out a loud groan, and then stumbled to her feet. It felt bizarre...that she was standing now. After she had just been killed. It was almost like she had just been playing a really violent video game. The kind she would never hand a kid.
However, she was left with such fond memories as the gunning down of a green chick and the almost complete amputation of the arm of a tall changeling with her ki shotgun. A grin trickled across her face.
"'K!" she exclaimed, dusting herself off. "Time to go home!"
The meeting grounds were empty. Litter and mess was spread around the once crowded areas that served as pre-game entertainment - that was when she saw him. Sitting against the wall and swigging down a bottle of booze.
"Hey! I just killed you!" she shouted out.
The man looked up from his spot on the ground and his pupils dilated a little. He clutched the bottle of beer in one hand, and his other he held aloft. As he rose to his feet, it was clear that he was intoxicated.
"Aye...dotty belle, blasted straight through me chest!" his charismatic visage spread into a wide and toothy grin, then finally erupted into a loud bark of a laugh. Then it halted as quick as it started.
"Yeah. I did do that," she agreed with a grin. "Then I got killed."
He shrugged.
"Happens to the best of us, mate."
She nodded solemnly, as she stared at him. There was something about him that she liked, that she couldn't quite put her finger on. Maybe it was his hat? Or the carefree manner in which he held himself? She shrugged at her own thoughts.
"So..." she trailed off awkwardly, the silence filling the air. "Beer. Last time I had beer...bleh. I didn't like it."
He stared at her, and then they were both silent. Finally, after what seemed an eternity of silence, he shoved his bottle o' rum into her hands, and pulled another out of his bag that lay on the ground beside him.
"First off, I'm gonna forget you said that, and second-most, drink that up and don't ever make light of the rum again."
She stared at the bottle in her hands and shrugged. Might as well, she thought.
In a few moments, she was dancing around in a drunken stupor.
"Yo-ho, yo-ho, a pirate's life for me!" she bellowed.
Jack continued the melody as they gamboled around, and her own sing-song voice dropped into a dull mumble for the parts of the song she didn't know...which was most of them. Still, she found herself having a blast. Maybe rum wasn't so bad after all?
"You called this rum, not beer," she began once they had finished. "I think that's what makes it taste better. Calling it rum."
He grinned.
"That's the spirit. Now all you need is a hat."
Her grin matched his own, and she snagged his hat right off of his head.
"Got one!"
His eyes flashed quickly as he reached out to grab it back, and his hand went right past her. "That's not funny mate," he stammered. "That's my hat!"
She stood up and turned her back, giving him a little wave.
"And now it's mine!"

Vegeta-sei, Abandoned Sign-up Station
A loud crack emenated from a jade green teletube, and the door hissed open loudly. From within it, a saiyan woman stumbled out slightly drunk and wearing a brown pirate's hat. It was raggedy, and it fit the look well. She had a wide grin on her face.
"A pirate's life for me!"
Standing on a hill in my mountain of dreams
Telling myself its not as hard, hard, hard as it seems

?Eat THIS!?
The pink fighter heard this and held his mouth wide open. But instead of food in his mouth, Dodoria felt pain in his head. He fell to his side; his fat rolls slamming onto the ground. ?Ow!? Dodoria cried, clucking his survival pack. ?Bye-bye, Baggy!? With that said, the overweight giant finally closed his eyes...
****************
...only to reopen them in the large area he was first brought to. ?Wha?? the pink blob questioned. ?Where Dodoria is?? He looked around to see if he could see anyone else he knew. All he saw were empty beds and a drunken man with long, black hair and a bottle of booze. Dodoria walked over to the man to answer some questions. ?Yo, crazy guy, where Dodoria at? Where all green people??
The drunken man whirled around to gaze upon the disgusting creature. The man first winced at the hideous blob before taking another gulp of his drink. ?First of all,? he began. ?It?s ?Captain Jack Sparrow? to you my blubbery friend. Secondly, why should I help you? My hat got stolen and I can?t seem to find my effects. So why don?t you go jump in the sea and into Davy Jones Locker while I go about my business, savvy?? Bewildered by the fancy man?s words, Dodoria decided to simply walk away into another room. Seeing the giant fatty leave, the drunken pirate pulled out a compass and carefully looked into it. ?Now then, where is my hat??
****************
The unknowing gumball walked into room after room, searching for somebody to tell him where he should be going. He finally gave up and sat down on a nearby chair. Suddenly, Dodoria clutched his stomach as he heard a faint growl. ?Dodoria tummy hurt...? He stood back up and began to run around. ?Dodoria need bathroom!?
He shoved people away, plowed through walls, searching for a useable toilet. He finally could not wait any longer and jumped inside a nearby Tele-tube. ?Dodoria go here!? But before the narrator could explain, with gross details, what kind of mess the fat pink blob was going to make, the Tele-tube zapped Dodoria away.

With a quick flutter of his eyelids Tapion suddenly awoke. The burning sensation in his midsection had faded away, and almost instantly he noted that he was no longer within the thick brush of the Dante. Two large florescent lights above illuminated the room brightly and forced the Konat to shield his eyes with the flat of his palm. As his gloved hand came into the warrior?s visage the obvious absence of blood quickly drew his attention.
With a cocked brow a billion questions quickly jumped to the tip of the non-transformer?s tongue, but before even speaking a single syllable the sudden foreign voice of a gravely toned man intruded upon the room?s silence. ?You?re awake?good?.? Flashing a quick glance over towards the source of the words, a stubbly chinned grey haired man dressed entirely in white could be seen across the room.
With the clicking of his rubber heels against the black and white titled floor, the apparent doctor briskly walked over towards the now conscious Konat laying atop of the room?s sole white sheeted bed. Reaching out with an extended arm towards his patient the doctor began to speak again, this time in a calming smoother voice. ?How are you feeling??
Without caring to answer the doctor?s question Tapion instead shoot back with his own, ?What?s going on??
?This is the intensive care section; this is where everyone who falls in Dante is teleported.?
For a moment the non-transformer looked blankly towards the doctor with waterlogged eyes, it was only now that he had realized exactly what was going on. He had failed. When the bright lights were burning brightly, and center stage was dedicated to only him, he had not risen to the challenge.
Apparently sensing the Konat?s grief, the doctor apathetically offered his condolences. Although his effort was admirable, Tapion honestly didn?t care for it right now. He was in no mood to be cheered up, nor have his spirit lifted.
Breaking a moment of awkward silence Tapion looked up from the floor and into the eyes of the doctor. ?Just tell me how to get out of here??

A dry wind embraced his skin, it was almost like it was on fire, despite how cold his body felt. Sand picked up, twisting along the surface with a tint of ruby on each grain, it burned his eyes. He could taste it, what made that sand so red, what gave it that smell of death.
At his feet, the sand was soaked with blood. He could see the clawing lines of fingers that had tried to pull themselves along as the strength bled from them. Foot prints varying from running, to skidding, distorted by the impacts of bodies sliding across the ground. Blood streaking every outline, pooling every few feet.
In the center of an almost sickeningly perfect circle of broken men stood a blood stained Saiyan. His hands dripping, bits of flesh clinging to his visage like mud, slowly sliding down with trails of ruby behind each chunk. But none of this seemed to phase him, no feelings etched on his face save for the look in his eyes.
Kollifum held his arm out at his side, recoiling it behind him to place it between the small girl at his heel and the man in front of them. ".....Kaili. Get to the city and find some place to hide." The voice was much more seasoned then anyone would have expected from a boy his age.
The younger girl latched both hands around her brother's wrist, her face was clearly distraught. If it was at the scene, or the thought of her brother staying there, was uncertain. "Kolli, you have to come with me, you can't stay!"
There was a tightening of the muscles beneath her grip, and he wretched his hand away. "I SAID GET THE FUCK AWAY!" He roared, swatting his hand back to throw the smaller Saiyan away. His jaw was clenched and he cast his view back towards the adult.
Kaili was thrust backwards, and she landed violently on her backside. Hiccups erupting from her throat, her hands now stained in the red of the blood in the sands, she brought one of them up to rub her face. This left a stain of crimson along her cheek bone. As she forced herself up, there was a small chuckle.
"Kollifum, you know you shouldn't pick on your sister like that.." He responded, raising one flesh and blood soaked finger. It wagged, sending spatters of meat and fluids left and right. "...sweetheart." He cooed, motioning to the little girl. "You've got a bit of a smudge on your face...come over here and let daddy wipe it off for you." Rapini's mouth, for the first time that day, twisted into a disturbed little smile.
The girl's face faltered, but she turned on her heel and took off at top speed towards the far off city scape. Her boot sinking onto the puddles, and corpses as she ran, doing her best not to stumble over the dead in her way, or to lose what little remained in her stomach.
"Now, you shouldn't disobey your father, little child." Came the response, the ground shattering beneath Rapini's feet as his body shot forward. The air around him rippled with his energy, and the bodies around him split apart as if they had the weight of twigs. His vision was centered on the back of the small child, and he extended a hand to latch onto her leg.
The older Saiyan's wrist was struck with a full force backhand, which caused it to fly to the side, and a moment later, was followed up by a set of four knuckles crashing against his cheek. His momentum stopped dead, and his face tilted slightly to the side. Eyes peering down from the corner of his eye, Rapini snorted. "...boy, you're not even close to a man." He spat, his neck forcing his face back to it's original position despite the force the young boy was trying to place against him.
Kol withdrew his fist to strike again, no response coming to his father's comment, and he threw it forward again with all the strength he could muster into his arms. This time, however, his body tensed and the blow froze half way through the swing. His voice caught in his throat, and he could taste a hot, warm fluid roll over his tongue. Blood spittled down between his teeth, causing the boy to hack a rough cough.
-----
There was a deep gasp and Kol's eyes shot open, his hands reaching down to clutch his stomach. "....nn...." His eyes had pupils the size of pin heads, and he half choked on his own saliva. Rolling his tongue, he spat onto the hard floor. There was a hint of blood mixed with that saliva as it sat pooled at his feet.
His thumb rose to wipe his lip, and he flicked away a share of what little blood remained. It shouldn't have been there...this was all supposed to be for fun, death was fake here, and so were the wounds. So then why? Why did he feel that pain so real in his chest, even still? Why was there blood?
His hand caressed the invisible wound, and suddenly, that barrier between what was in a dream and what was in a memory fell apart like shattered glass. His hand instantly moving from his stomach to the spot over his heart. Beneath the grasp of his fingers, he could feel the mechanical bits chug and whirr.
"..." He couldn't think of anything to say...or remember to comfort himself. He had lost, and it had only, even in fiction, reminded him of the pain he had been inflicted with. This was one of those times where all you could do was take a step forward, and not look back.
His heel sunk down on that small wad of blood on the floor, and he placed the flat of his palm to the door. As it pushed open, and he was embraced with the artificial life, a trail of blood from the placement of his thumb was left. The only signs of his exit or entry.
He stepped by the counter, a smiling receptionist was awaiting. A smile that was probably dangerous to have, when greeting people who had just been killed at least. Either way, she had his belongings, to which Kol was relieved a tad. He strapped the scouter to his ear, and the rifle to his side.
These games...were a waste of time. There were things...people...vendettas and retribution. Things far more important then a contest held by some flighty, self important, egotistical brat for his own amusement. It just took death...for a second time in his life, to show him that.
The right to swing my fist ends where the other man's nose begins.
If I tell you I'm good, you would probably think I'm boasting, If I tell you I'm no good, You know I'm lying.

Quote:"Tap..." He said in shock as his friend fell. "You...killed...TAPION!" With a loud blast of light that caused the trees to crush backwards, Retane's untapped powers came alive. "You took my friend!" Angry and bewildered, Retane could only think of one thing. Revenge. "I'll take YOUR'S!"
As Retane looked over to the old man, Jeice's eyes bulged. "Para! Watch out!"
The nail flew in the air and made contact with the skull of the saiyan.
Para?s eyes shot open and he took a quick glance at his surroundings. He was no longer on the dangerous island of Dante, but sitting in the corner of a large room. It was over, the saiyan elite had bit the dust. The rage filled Namekian pushed his power to a place in which Para never witnessed before.
?Damn!? That was the first word that came from his mouth.
Then it hit him, how were his friends? The senior citizen quickly surveyed the plain room in search of others. A smile sprawled across the wrinkled face of the former DA contestant. The emptiness of the room implied that his friends were still alive and in the game.
?Good luck Yams. You too Jeice.?
The saiyan old-timer ascended from his cozy corner seat. He swept of his clothes, ridding them of the dust from the floor. Para paced himself toward the only living being in the room. She was a plump woman sitting at a counter at the far edge of the elimination exit.
?Well Hello. I was beginning to wonder when you would wake up and come over here.? The woman said spitting all kinds of junk in Para?s face.
?How long was I out for??
?Well the others that came with you left already. Planet destination??
?Who where the others?? Para questioned not really caring about leaving at the moment. He began to worry if Yamu or Jeice actually did die in the tussle.
?Im not very good with names sir.?
Para grew frustrated. ?Just describe them then.? The saiyan leaned over the wooden desk listening attentively to what the woman had to say.
?A woman with a tail and a drunken Pirate.?
The descriptions were a little odd, but he didnt care because none of the two characterizations matched his comrades. ?Vegeta-Sei please. I have unfinished business there.? With that Para stepped into the confined space of the teletube and was whisked away to Vegeta - Sei.

The wicked mercenary looked about him. With a quick flash, everything had changed. A seering pain had erupted around his neck as he was walking through the dark woods, which had seemingly transformed into a white walled room. It was quite obvious that the game was over, Retane had lost. He had failed the game, had succomb to the Abyss yet again. But, who had beaten him? Who would be able to claim that they had tooken out the Reaper of Death?
A glance around the room told Retane the answer. An electronic board hung on a far wall and listed the names of the forty-five contestants. At the moment, the Namekian had the most kills with four, followed up by Tapion with three. From the green warrior's comprehension, no one had killed him except for himself. He had wondered into a Danger Zone. An annoyed growl escaped his throat as it wasn't he who had kept track of the Forbidden areas, but it was Tapion that did.
The mercenary sneered as he saw his weapons resting in a corner; the ones from Abyss and Pre-Dante. Wasting little to no time, the namekian grabbed his rods and Deck of Cards and placed them on his belt, then followed up with his dagger-shooting guantlets. He only paused a moment to smile at the generousity of Syntech for delivering his old hands back to him. Ignoring them, he grabbed the two MOA daggers and slid them in his belt.
Then his eyes turned to the DA weapons. Oh how he loved collecting trinkets from his great excursions. The mercenary grabbed the Scythe and fingered it for a moment. The blade was long and sharp and he already knew it could slice a clean, precisioned cut through a nail that stuck into a neck.
"How ironic, that you go straight to that weapon, Retane." The namekian looked around trying to discern where the voice had come from and who it belonged to. "You see, you died via collar explosion and the penalty for that is death."
The namekians head darted left and right, hunting for a way to escape. He wasn't comfortable in this place and knew something was wrong.
"Theres no where to run, no way to escape. Before you came to there was a poison slipped into your throat. It's quite painless and within a few moments you'll be dead."
His lips opened wide to protest but it was to late. He felt his life force begin to slip away.
--------------------------------
"Ah Retane. Back again are you?"
The namekian peered out through his black hood. His face was hidden in the shadows and in his hand was the scythe. The mercenary winced at the booming voice of the giant red Ogre. Lord Yemma was the name, and Retane wasn't happy to see him. Seeing him meant that he had yet again failed to survive the cruel feats of life.
"Just tell me where I'm going", came the dark harsh whisper.

Sazuaa's eyes opened to the familiar site of the Dantes Abyss meeting grounds. Rising up to his feet with unexpected ease, instantly the non-transformer noticed that all his injuries, every single cut and bruise that he had collected throughout the tournament had all vanished. He knew straight away what had happen, his stay in the competition was over, he had been eliminated.
"Damn it," Sazuaa thought out-loud.
The Namek child. After all the battles, fighting against some of the strongest warriors the universe had to offer, a child would prove to be his downfall. It was a bitter pill to swallow.
As the teal alien continued to play his final fight over and over in his mind, trying his best to figure out where it had all went wrong, a soft voice from behind caught his attention.
"Hello contestant number twenty-two."
Sazuaa turned around to face an attractive woman in a black suit greeting him with a empathetic smile.
?I?m sad to say that you?ve been eliminated from Dantes Abyss. For what it?s worth, you lasted a lot longer than most people expected you would, especially considering what happened to you after your encounter with Rejin and Vegeta in the first few hours.?
?What now?? Sazuaa retorted bluntly.
?Now we send you back, free of charge, to the planet you originally came from.?
?? Earth?
?Very well,? the woman replied, ?This way to the teletube.?

Jeice opened his eyes to see that his surroundings had drastically changed from a foggy jungle, to a well lit room with uniformed people in it. He slowly pushed himself up to his feet and scouted the area; he noticed they weren?t fighters, just people. That?s when it hit him, he realized he had been killed and was longer competing in the game. His teeth tightly clenched together, followed by his hands forming tightly formed fists.
?Son of a bitch, that fucking son of a bitch!? He erupted with anger causing the people to stop in their tracks and stare at him. ?Yamu, I don?t even know what happened to him?I didn?t even get to lay a hand on the motherfucker that killed me. Son of a bitch!? He scolded himself in anger.
?Umm?sir?? A low voice interrupted him.
He sharply turned to see who interrupted his rant. It was a small woman wearing a uniform matching the other people, showing she was a staff member. She stared at him with a large smile stretching ear to ear with her hand extended to him. He wasn?t in the mood, mixed emotions of anger, curiosity, being ashamed, and oddly enough sadness. He was angry at the fact that he wasn?t able to hit the guy who killed him, barely even got a look at him, curious to know if Yamu survived, ashamed of the fact that he lost, and sad, sad at the thought that the bald human had suffered a fate similar to his. Yamu?s situation could be worse then death; he could be running around the island with half of his face missing with people still looking to kill him.
Regardless of the matter at hand, he struggled to return a welcoming smile to the woman. After all she was not to blame of his shortcomings. It was a game, a game he felt he played well even though he did not win, he got far. He reached out and loosely latched on to the woman?s hand and quickly shook it up and down. She withdrew her hand, with her eyes still fixed on his.
?Jeice, right?? She asked quickly.
?Yeah?and you are?? He replied.
?I?m Jennifer. I just wanted to say that for your first year competing you did a surprisingly nice job. I do hope you consider attending next year.? The small woman answered.
The compliment she gave brought out a genuine smile on the red skinned fighter?s face. ?Thank you?and yeah I?ll be here next year, stronger and better.?
?I?m glad to hear it?which planet will you be traveling to?? She asked, breaking the stare and changing her sights to a set of teletubes lined up against a back wall.
He paused. ?Earth?I?ll be heading to earth.?
?Right this way sir.? Jennifer said as she quickly started from the teletube second to last.
It was only four days on an island where he had to fend for himself, getting his own food and water. Only four days of watching and committing murder. Four days of mind deteriorating conditions. Only four days, and he would walk away with something that would stay with him for a lifetime. After what he saw, he knew he would have to start training immediately to get stronger. It would surely increase his chances for next year. His pace quickened right before entering the teletube.
?Goodbye sir, hope to see you again next year.?
?Goodbye.? He managed to get out before he was warped through space to the planet of his choice.

Two years in a row? he couldn?t believe it. How was this even possible!? Two years in a row he died before he was able to do anything exciting at all. It was infuriating! Downright disgusting that someone could kill him so quickly two years in a row. It just kept running through his head. Was he set up? Was this some sort of trick being pulled on him just because they loved watching him get so aggravated? He didn?t even see it coming: that was the worst part. He thought he was all set up to succeed this year. He had a great weapon, was hoping to team up with some strong allies, and then make it to the finals? but no. Killed in the first day, a day less than last year! It was absolutely disgusting!
?This is un-fucking-believable!? He slammed his fist into the wall, leaving a fist imprint in the metal plating the walls were covered in. ?How the fuck did this happen!? he kept slamming his fists into the wall, creating a little outcropping. Everyone in the area looked on, not believing how hard the changeling was taking it. One of the security guards came over and attempted to calm him down.
?Hey, buddy, it?s just a game!? he placed a hand on MK?s shoulder? soon he realized the mistake he had made. The android gripped the guard by the neck and swiftly kicked him in the stomach, tearing the head from the body.
?This was no game to me? this was a battle, and I don?t take losing easily.? He shook his head and dropped the head he still had a grip on. ?I?m done with this place.? He pressed a button on his teleportation belt and vanished. Some of the clean-up crew came by with a cart and disposed of the corpse. A few stayed behind to mop up whatever blood had made it?s way from the body.

What was left of Buu was boiling. Not boiling in the human sense ? no, he was actually boiling. The small lump of puttalin bubbled and seethed, overflowing from its container. No mercy or kindness this time ? he?d been betrayed by his own complacence.
A fist formed out of the gunk, striking out and punching a nearby object. It didn?t matter. All that mattered now was that he pulled himself out of this slump, got stronger. The hand uncurled and grabbed at the ground, almost pulling more of the body out of nowhere. A string of puttalin fell from the construct?s mouth.
?I will ? stand ? up.?
Brown boots began to shiver into existance, and Buu pushed against his knees only to collapse into a pool of himself. He tried to curse, but his mouth was lost. So again, he tried to stand up.
This time his body took on a more solid form. He rose, and struggled to one foot. As he felt himself beginning to slip again, the golem?s hand shot out and snatched at an overhanging beam to support himself. But the limb simply snapped like a string of saliva, and he fell once again to meet himself at the floor.
It was infuriating. He wanted to go back ? to fix things. If they had just stayed where they?d been instead of moving ? If Buu had just kept to himself, things would have been okay. But that wasn?t an option.
He?d fucked up, there was no going back. Now he had to deal with the consequences. Pull himself up and not make the same mistakes next time. He had to discard the things which had held him back ? friendship, for example.
Over the past few months, he?d drifted from all his former companions. Civil Unrest, as far as he could tell, was no more. Sixteen, Puar, Kirano, Piccolo (or was it Thirteen?), Violet, Kid ? Sure, he?d missed them, but he?d been fine without them. But when Seventeen showed up, his reaction had been involuntary. He?d had no plans to meet up with his former ally, but it had happened anyway. Whenever they met, they joined together. It was like an unspoken agreement.
Well ? that was that. He was Super Majin Buu: the ultimate creation of the master wizard Bibidi. He needed nobody else. Whilst he was here, brewing in defeat, Seventeen was still out there winning the game.
Weak ? weak ? weak ?
?NOOOOO!? Buu exploded from his remains, like a phoenix being reborn from the ashes. ?ENOUGH! I WILL. NOT. BE. MADE. A. FOOL OF!?
As the golem?s fist smashed into a nearby monitor, the lights went red ? indicating that security were on their way. Buu ignored the pain of the electricity that coursed through his hand and across his arm. It didn?t matter ? it was just one more power than Seventeen didn?t have. Guns clicked, and the construct turned.
?Put your hands behind your head!? came the authoritative tone of the guard. The voice sounded like it had been ripped straight from a badly-narrated police videos documentary.
Buu grinned. ?Sure thing.? Placing his rubbery digits on the back of his pink cranium, he nodded.
That was when four tentacles burst from the chest of the monster. The screams of the guards were cut off, sometimes literally, as the limbs began to wreak havoc. Throats were crushed, stomachs were pierced. All the while, the originator of the destruction ambled through with a look of utter nonchalance on his face. Nothing was going to stand in his way. Remorse was for the weak.
Another platoon rounded a corner, and Buu allowed the tentacles to return back into his body. He grunted and clicked his shoulders before speaking. ?Whadda you want??
?Return to the designated area and wait to be teleported back to your signup location!?
?Screw that,? snorted the monster. ?I want you to rig your teleporters to send me to King Kai?s planet. Don?t make me force you.?
The response was clear. Bullets riddled the monster?s body, up and down. After almost a minute, they finally stopped. The corridor was silent, except for the uneasy breathing of the security platoon.
Buu laughed, and let one word escape his lips: ?Thanks.?
Eyes widened in disbelief as the monster began to regenerate his wounds. But what was more strange was what was happening to the bullets. One by one, they were joining, like two daisy-chains of ammunition. As they rose and attached themselves to Buu?s wrists, the ends sharpened into twin blades of blackened metal.
Supes started to swing, and the guards turned to run. But one was faster.
The weapons cut into the guard platoon, reducing them to ribbons in a flash of metal. Buu strode through the red mist, intent on reaching his destination.
And that was when the stasis grenade hit him. ?What the hell?!? barked Super, discarding his weapons to push against the sides of the field. ?Release me!?
?I?m afraid we can?t do that,? murmured a man from outside of the forcefield. He twirled the lock of hair that still hung to his scalp before turning to address someone else. ?Pack him up. Send him to Earth ? they?ll know how to deal with him.?
?What?!? Buu?s fists crashed against the sides of the field. ?I?ll destroy you, mortal! You are nothing compared to me! NOTHING!?
?I?m sure,? snickered the man. ?Have a nice trip.?
Buu watched helplessly as a guard approached, carrying what appeared to be a large rifle. This time, the electricity did matter. Thousands of volts coursed through the monster?s body, and his consciousness gave way to bright light.

The makyo found himself engulfed by darkness, concealed within an abyss of empty, agonizing pain. He could not see, he could not hear, he could not smell. What could he have done to constitute for such harsh afflictions? As the surrounding veil of sable constrictions began to fade, his composure returned. The flesh upon his face started to accumulate and reform, as if time was rewinding where he stood.
His vision returned; the obnoxious ringtone of a nearby cellular device vibrated his ears, and the sweet smell of gourmet casserole flared his nostrils. Spice shook his head and wiped his eyes; his pointed ears still rang with the blister of a point-blank shotgun. His eyes suddenly broadened as he rushed his hands to his head in haste. A sigh of relief escaped his lips; the cyan soldier?s precious milky-white hair was still in tact.
?Am I?alive?? muttered Spice. Looking around the room, his crimson jewels halted at the sight of a well kept female sitting amidst a large wooden desk, surrounded by what seemed to be teleportation modules. A wide array of blinking lights spanned across the area, while people came and went through the universal transportation device.
?Excuse me, sir? the woman started, putting down her clipboard and placing a welcoming smile over her face. Without reply, the makyo-jin trotted to the front desk where she was seated.
?Where will you be traveling?? she inquired, pressing her finger against a lit up screen filled with directory routes and the like. She proceeded to readjust her glasses before pausing, awaiting an answer.
?Earth,? Spice grunted; he was still peeved about his disgraceful elimination. The woman simply pointed her index finger, instructing the cyan brute to a pod at the right. Accordingly, the ex-Lieutenant entered the teletube, and with a flash of light he was launched through space and time before re-materializing upon planet Earth; he had arrived to his destination.

?Damn,? Bujin muttered as he awoke from the darkness that had recently engulfed him, ?That was one of the most prolonged deaths that I?ve ever had.?
The memories of Dante?s Abyss were slowly starting to flow back into the blue man?s mind, and they were memories that Bujin would just as soon forget. It was a shame, however, that nothing that had transpired could have ever been easily forgotten. It was true that his freedom was riding solely on his position in the game, but he was never sure that the idea was worth the cost. What was the cost? Freedom was all well and good, but getting hunted down like a dog wasn?t his cup of tea. Tea was nasty, anyway.
The name of the game was to just make the crowd happy. That meant that every contestant was to make sure that if they were to die, they would die in the most dramatic fashion possible. Bujin had heard the stories of past contestants while he was still on the island. Some contestants were blown up, others drank poison and threw up their insides. Others got gutted like a fish, shot at, electrocuted, choked ? all of those were incredible ways to die, and Bujin was sure that every single viewer ate it up.
How did Bujin die?
First, he started to starve. That alone made his demise slightly more lame than any of the deaths mentioned prior. Bujin literally ran out of every single resource that was necessary for survival. So with that came malnutrition and a hell of a dry throat. To add to that somewhat shameful display of survival skills, Bujin just sat in a singular position until some wrinkly Namekian came along and shot him in the face. The small man sighed and hit his head on a wall as he began to lean against it. He had just experienced the most boring death in the history of Dante?s Abyss.
Bujin suddenly realized the stinging emptiness inside his head. Ever since Bujin died on that stupid island, the voices in his increasingly insane mind were dreadfully silent. In fact, the blue man could almost feel their absence. While he was particularly pleased that he finally had found a moment of peace and silence, there remained a nagging feeling in the pit of his stomach. He had to find out what happened to him.
He had to go back to Earth.
