Will it be implemented after the turnover? My suggestion being about the USSj stat multiplier.

I was also wondering if there would be an USSj 2. Same concept as the first, just reorganizing the multiplier at x 40 instead of x 20.

We won't be adding anymore of those, at least not right away. There will be room in the future though.
