Do you mean when it is avaliable for staff to approve and give rewards? Then that's right when you are done, you wait. After about forty-eight hours of waiting and nothing was approved, post for update here.

If you mean on the quest page where it says if it has been completed or not, that's when staff update it.

But other than that, I don't understand your question completely.
