Aye, as long as we have to designate a exit and than can use the entrance whenever we get in trouble, that way it won't be OP since we'd have to designate the exit point before hand. That and it'll give the enemy a possible chance to jump through as well.

Somebody requested a 2x4. Make it a 2x4 with a nail sticking out. Trust me, it may hurt very much (I haven't experienced it, but I have heard of someone who has) and in the end, it is quite humorous to think about.
