Upload it onto a site that hosts pictures. I often use http://imageshack.us/, its quick and painless. Some like http://photobucket.com/ because it gives you your own folder for stroing them. Then copy th URL and post it in image tags like you did your sig. Unless your talking about something different? If its just a pic on the web you right click and select properties to get the URL.
