Namekian Fusion/Healing

Ok, what is the status on the Namekian Fusion Technique, can we do it or can we not.

Secondly, do I have the healing/regeneration technique Namekian's have, i noticed that some people have it on their roster, I however, do not.

Lastely, I posted a new move, have 200 Intell now...big whoop, but I was wondering if it was ok or if I need to come up with another...

As for Fusion, look on the Techniques page. It tells you there.

As for Seisai, I'm not sure. I know in the future it will probably become a learnable, but for now, I believe its a race attribute that usually doesn't get added and is just used for roleplay purposes.
