Training Page

Well, it's happened to everyone at least once, and now it's my turn it looks like. Training page is giving me the typical "You are trying to hack the training program! Stop doing that! It doesn't work..." every time. And I promise you that I don't have caps lock on, and I'm typing in my password correctly.

No rush on this, but just throwing this out there for whenever someone feels like looking into it.

It's happening again ;.;

I'm in no rush to train right now, but why does this keep happening? I never had any trouble for over a year, and now it's pulling this stunt on me. Again.

EDIT: And no, I didn't forget my password. I didn't forget the other one either. It's just doing this "stop hacking" business again.

I have no administrative priveleges. I can't delete cookies, change firewall settings and the like. I tried FF and IE, and neither worked, so I don't know what to do.

Well, this is getting weird now. I hope this doesn't happen again, but I reset the encoding like KC said (one of the few things I can do), and that got it to work. Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

I know. The basis was written years ago. I got much more experience right now. It uses a kind of outdated security feature. It's good, just it has its bad sides like some other things block it. Sessions are much better, but Id have to rewrite the whole damn thing.

Northon Antivirus doesnt block HTTP Headers. ZoneAlarm does, but it can be turned off.

That some internet programs block HTTP Headers is more of a privacy feature then a security risk. HTTP Headers are always send(normal internet protocol) when you go to another page. The new page then sees information and variables that were used on the old page. That way you can for example see from what url you arrived on a page.

If you have ZoneAlarm, or a similar firewall program..


ZoneAlarm Options>Privacy>Cookie Control: Custom>un-select "Remove Private Header Information"

Or a similar feature in a different program.
