This has been aruged time and time again, and it wont happen. Reason being, Humans have one of the easiest x20 power ups....the bio suit. Nice ideas, but wont ever happen.

Humans are sublisted under non-transformers, and he means non-transformers.

No. They both give you x20 but together they won't give you x40.

In the anime, kaioken only lasted for a short amount on time. As it dramaticly wore down Goku's body. Does this also apply to chubbs version of kaioken?

Kinda. It's just harder to master (as in to be able to stay in the state for an extended period of time), is all.

Elaborating on what HF said, yeah, when you first get KK, it'll wear down on you bad, same as when a saiyan first gets SSJ, they basically lose their minds, more or less.

Another example, when I first got SSJ, I decided Bra couldn't use it at will. Something had to trigger it; stress, a friend dying, etc.

With a bit of training (which you'd probably complete on King Kai's planet anyway) a player can effectively master KK IC and use it as they would any other powerup. Of course, if you like playing the angle of it wearing you down for longer, that's cool too, I know some players do that.
