If I'm not mistaken, she's at Heaven only. If you go to Hell, you have to either get Possession and get someone else to buy you out, or get someone else to do it willingly with your money, or you can get a 'special free revival', which only happens to people who've been RPing actively in the afterlife for a long time.

Grand Kai looks very old, and everyone has a lot respect for him and his training skills. The fact is, is that he has been lazy and his skills have degraded in millennia of time. Though, he lets fighters in Heaven train and fight on his planet. He also can call Baba or one of the other witches for help. Meaning people in Heaven can pay for the witches Rituals. Just switch Universe and Next Dimension with each other in the description.

So yup, if you go to Heaven, you can pay for a revival. But no, you can't call her from Yemma's office, unless staff says otherwise (which they probably won't).

You can't just 'slip into hell.' I believe PD is the only one to have done it (at least in recent years), and then it was because we messed up.

And Bulma, I got plans. I could care less about a power up so if i even went to King Kai's I'd hop off and go to hell. Bottom line is Hell can get me revived the quickest. I've got three objectives that start at me getting my green ass to earth ASAP. I dont want to be dead, but I am wwhich f*cks up a few things but oh well. So I'm imporvising =)

No matter where I go, I'm finding a way to earth ASAP.
