Usually 3 days for anything to get done, otherwise don't ask us to do it.

Well, for one thing, staff usually delete accounts that aren't players in the game. Second, there is no Cybor Freiza, he's not a playable character. Third, if you are wanting to join, just fill out an application (see the join board, and the join link on the front page for more details) and pop it in the joining board. After staff give you the thumbs up, then you can create an account.

EDIT: Also got to add, anyone who hasn't filled out an application to join or hasn't been approved for roleplaying here don't get their accounts activated, which means, you can't really do anything except have a name on an account.
