Eh might as well. Anyone else play World of Warcraft?

I admit, I trash talked it back in the day when I played FFXI 24/7. Now I realize why some people like WoW. It's something you don't need a whole day to play. On FFXI I have to seek for a party for a few hours, and then level and hope for 3,000 exp an hour, and I need 20,000 to level.

In WoW I can do a lot of things solo, but also I can play with my boyfriend and do more than in FFXI. It's one of those laid back games, I suppose.

Dare I say it...I actually did PvP. We kicked ass.

Anyway I'm a level 29 Troll Priest on Blackwing Lair. I'm just seeing if anyone else plays .

I only play on private servers, real blizzard costs, private servers are free (and some even give out more gold/levels and have a higher level cap than blizzard.)

speaking of WoW, i was interested in buying it, but i wasn't sure how much it costs a month. could anyone tell me?

Well Nappa, you have two options. You can pay via credit card or via pre-payed game cards. Pre-payed cards allow you to play for 60 days. Also, when you buy WoW the first month is free (but you still need to establish a buissness agreement via the one of the two payment options).

I personally play on a European server called Laughing Skull. I`m a level 45 Night Elf Druid. I`m quite popular with groups beacuse I can heal.

I've been on Altar of Storms (pvp) with some work friends lately. Have a 17 Gnome Warlock that I love, but have nowhere near as much time as I'd like to devote to it. In the same amount of time that I've had my account, my friends are around 28-30

I have a question about it, is it free online play like Diablo or do you have to pay to play like COH?

Oh, and you can pick up the game for about 20 now.

The expansion is coming soon, and we are all hyped up about that.

My power kept cutting out when we were in Mara >=O so I had to solo the last 10k of my lvl.

Oh well, I hope the pvp won't be too bad. I could have stayed at 49 and pvped but I want to get to 60 and I wanna try AV xP.

I'd consider transfering my lock over to Becca's server, but alas, I'm Alliance and she's Horde, so we couldn't even consider teaming up.

I have a 60 Shaman and something like a 57 Rogue on US servers. A bunch of pretty high-level alts, too. All Horde characters. I was gonna start my account up again when I moved into my college room, but alas ... no games on the connection. =(
