Owing Zenni

I owe 800 Zenni to Android 13 and 200 to Bebi and I didn't really know what to do, I was gonna post it in the Capsule Corp board but then I noticed there was a topic for a few people giving there zenni away and Burter Jr said,

"No. Just post your purchases and say that you are using someone else's money, and if nessecary, have them reply saying "I approve this usage of my money."

We arn't playing hot potato here."

But they're were like 5 people making zenni transactions in that post so I didn't know if that only applied to a lot of people giving zenni or any situation. So can someone please clear this up for me, im confused...
