Yes, you must be active on Vegeta-sei for two weeks, to obtain oosaru. You get 14 TP each week for your training, the only exception is if you fall into MIA. Other than that, just RP, stay active and you'll be fine.

It's 13 TP a week, Bulma. You can get more with weighted clothing, HQ and a gravity room, and boosting your det stat by 100. For every 100 Det, you get an extra TP every week.

However to clarify you are playing Goku's grandson, since Chibi Goku is not a character, but you don't have to portray him knowing Goku is his grandfather.

I think he asked if he must dfo something specific while training for Oosaru. No, you just have to be active and RP.

I'm not sure about that. When Kirano multi-accounted, he set up something with Goku where GJ was his father, didn't he? I think staff allows it, so long as they arrange it with the "family".
