The user raised two fingers to his head to concentrate the energy for the formation of the beam. Thrusting his hand forward, the user unleashed the attack in a form of a beam. Second strongest technique the droid had created all by himself, with some more training, Thirteen believes that he may be able to fuse this technique with the Genki Dama, however, every attempt thus far has been unsuccessful.
The user forms a disc of energy and uses his mind to control the movement of the disc. The disc can penetrate almost any kind of surface. Rarely used, but highly efficient in bringing down even the toughest of obstacles.
The user powers up a ki blast into both hands and brings them together to create one massive ki ball, when finished powering it up, the user fired the beam of energy towards the opponent. The Android?s favorite technique of them all. However, weaker than the Special Beam Cannon and the Hakka Soudoushou, it?s still highly a efficient attack.
A move that Thirteen first learned about while he was in Hell. The user of the Hakka Soudoushou becomes blurry due to massive amounts of ki raising within his/her body, sending after images in all directions. The attack it's self is in the form of a dark dragon wave propelled from the user's palm. Massive damage is dealt to those that have not mastered the technique, practice makes this attack nearly perfect.
After creating a small orb of ki, Thirteen grips it into his hand and creates a sword of ki. Usually the cylindrical weapon is only an inch or so in diameter and three feet long. The attack itself is a condensed version of the Destructo Disc, having similar traits of that move, only focused into a melee weapon. Thirteen can wield one or two sabers, and by sacrificing more energy, the Android can wield a two-handed, sword (he holds it in the center). While usually green or red, the color and size, and strength of the blade all depend on how much energy the Machine-hybrid uses.
Throughout Thirteen's stay in Hell he bore witness to terrible things, such as this technique. The Demon orb is a means of temporary insanity and certain destruction. Upon use of the technique, a small white ball(roughly the size of a softball) of pulsating energy is encompassed by three black and always moving rings. Use of this technique against an inanimate object is near harmless, however, used on an animate object, the effects are devastating.
Release of the ball into any person causes them to see multiple images of everything around them, and drains them of the will to fight. The effects and lengths differ for the stronger opponents. When used against someone with 50+ lower LUCK than him, the effects stay for approximately 10 minutes. Someone with 50+ more than him are only effected for 30 seconds.
After charging a Spirit Bomb to it's maximum capacity, Android Thirteen powers up his rage and the magnetic pull from the sudden increase of power absorbed the Spirit Energy into the android. Concentrating his energy to his forehead, the Android can discharge the full power of the Spirit Bomb through the Special Beam Cannon. This makes the beam cannon even harder to dodge and packs a stronger cutting power, but what it gains in speed and cutting power, it loses it's massive size, meaning that it cannot damage multiple opponents unless they are lined up single file.
After his training with Violet on Earth the machine-hybrid?s mind was reconstructed, thus giving Thirteen's ability to sense Ki double the power, giving him better tracking, readings, and overall sense of what is currently happening.
After his death on during the infamous Friend or Foe II television series, the artificial being, under the guise of the Namekian warrior Piccolo, was granted access to the Enlightened Path, Snakeway. After a month of traveling and a strange battle against the beautiful Princess Snake, Thirteen finally reached Kaiousama?s planet. After some grueling training, he found himself successful in reaching Kaioken?s fullest potential for an android. Giving him a quick boost of energy, the Kaioken ability is extremely useful for quick bursts.

The first in line for Androids, this upgrade module will allow an Android to attain the abilities of a Super Saiyan level. However, the chip requires a balance in power for maximum capability, or else you'll find a certain stat bottle necking your others and preventing you from gaining the maximum benefit.

Stands for ?Reasoning Advancement and General Expertise? upgrade. Although this piece of device wasn't originally made for Androids, but for cyborgs, it's compatible with them. It gives the Android super heavy power and greater skill.

This can be learned at the shapechanging school on Earth in Southern City. This is the ability to change your form to match any life form you have personally seen. This does not give you access to higher or lower power levels, skills or other abilities, that always keeps the same. But if the life form as any native abilities like flight or natural weapons like claws, you will have those as part of the transformation. If hit by a powerful physical or ki attack, you immediately revert back to your normal form. Note that you can't power up to any super power while in another form.
Favorite form: Piccolo
After time spent on King Kai's planet, Thirteen earned the chance of learning Spirit Bomb. This is the most powerful attack that one can learn. Spirit Bomb is an attack with the power of double his maximum ki, even if he were to be weakened from getting beaten down. The downside is that it needs to charge it up for a very long while. A very new and interesting development is coming from this new technique for the Android, he can now sense the Spirit Energy from within every living creature and can even harness it to damage his opposition.
After training with Vegeta?s Guardian, Lord Vine, Android 13 developed the ability to manipulate metal, or more so the molecules of it. It is rumored that with this ability he can create anything from bars to vehicles and perhaps, with enough training, he could use it as some sort of attack.
After teaming up with Violet, Burter Junior, Raditzu, Bra, Android 18, Uub, and Bardock, the Android found went under the watchful eye of the Namekian elder, Guru. After passing a physical and mind test, he was faced with the feat of splitting his being into two entities. Powering up his R.A.G.E. he surpassed his max and successfully split his body.
Now able to create replicas of himself, Thirteen can overwhelm his foe with numbers as well as power, the down fall is that with every duplicate, their power is lessened.
Android 17
Thirteen?s best friend and possibly one the worst pains he?s feeling towards as of right now. He hadn?t come clean about his guise as Piccolo, even though he wanted to dearly. Together these two have gone through tremendous lengths to help each other out ranging from FoF through the RoSaT. Thirteen can only hope that when the time comes, Seventeen will accept him for who he is, not who he was.
Android 18
An enemy in Thirteen?s mind. During Dante?s Abyss 2005, the female android put an end to his life, eliminating him from the game and sent him straight to Hell, literally. Ever since then, he had come across her various times, but the two never really spoke. Though he is unsure if she realizes that she had once killed him, it has always lingered within his mind. She is one of his greatest rivals and the sole android that keeps him from being the universes strongest artificial being.
Bra
Having only met this beautiful young woman once during DA, Thirteen had no doubts in his mind that she was as ruthless as any other Sayajin alive. They briefly introduced themselves to each other, but the conversation didn?t extend much past that.
Garlic Junior
The short little green goblin, part of the Fallen Knight Complex, and what would seem to be a close ally. Though the two of them come from entirely different races and backgrounds, the barrier didn?t seem like on that would last for too long. Having met each other during Dante?s Abyss, the mighty transformer actually gave his life for the alliance, to Thirteen, it was the bravest thing a warrior could do and thus a deep respect was carved into the droid.
Goku
After completing a quest together, the Sayajin and Android parted ways. Not a lot was spoken between the two of them, so not much in known.
Hellfighter 17
Having killed Thirteen in the television show, Friend or Foe II, many would believe that these two androids would be at each others neck, when in fact, they are pretty close. Thirteen realized why the hellfighter had done what he did and no grudge was held. Whether or not the machine-hybrid realized that Thirteen was once Piccolo, is still unknown.
Kami
The elder Namekian and guardian of the Earth befriended the Super Android during the Dante?s Abyss 2006. Together they made an extremely powerful duo, on that easily outclassed a many foe. Though each seem to like each other, Thirteen isn?t completely sure if he wants to open up to the guardian, thus making Kami believe that the droid is hiding something, though deep down inside, the bio-android knows that the Namekian knows the truth about his past and present life.
Minoshia
Thirteen?s strongest love-hate relationship. Having fought against the Konat in Hell under the guise of Piccolo, the droid had formed a rather strong bond with this warrior. However, once it was revealed during the fight against the Plastic King in Pinel that he wasn?t a Namekian and he was actually a droid, the Konat has had nothing but the wanting to punish him for his deception.
Raditzu
Though Thirteen doesn?t know the long haired Sayajin that well, he does respect the man?s power. After witnessing it during the Friend or Foe II, he had noted that fighting such a power would only lead to his immediate demise. The only grudge he holds against him is the fact that he is with Android Eighteen, the woman that killed him during Dante?s Abyss so many years back.
Reijin
Yet another amazingly strong Sayajin warrior. During Dante?s Abyss 2006, he teamed up with the Sayajin and eventually gave up the reigns to his power up ring, enabling him to become the very first Super Sayajin 3. After which, they teamed up and made a wish for zeni with the dragonballs. All went well until the Master of Assassins competition. The two were obvious rivals, for they were the only two that could challenge each other. It is unknown what their relationship remains to be.
Panbuukin
The paunchy Sayajin that Thirteen met on Vegeta after accepting Lord Vine?s ?Monkhood? quest. His first thought upon seeing the Sayajin was that there was no way this guy could fight, but size isn?t everything and Panbuukin proved his worth.
Piccolo
A brief interaction on Namek, which allowed the droid to highjack his appearance, then a glimpse of him on the ship to DA, other than that, no interactions as of yet.
Piccolo Diamoun
After having killed him in the maniacal ?Friend or Foe II? television show, all communication had been lost. Thirteen had posed as the Namekian?s brother and eventually, with the aid of Android Seventeen, killed him.
Super Buu
Though he knows very little about the Majin, he had wrestled with him in the Civil Unrest Gravity Chamber during the Red Stallion invasion. The two seemed leveled as far as fighting experience went, but the pink blob seemed a bit, childish, his power however, told otherwise. A small rivalry is locked within Android Thirteen between himself and the mighty pink one, both have a place in Violet?s heart and though Thirteen knows that the Majin would more than likely never be able to return the love, he always considered him competition.
Trunks
Son of Vegeta and the Prince of all Sayajin and leader of the Fallen Knight Complex. Trunks befriended Android Thirteen in the beginning of Dante?s Abyss, offering him a position by the Prince?s side. Having thought that this would be the best course of action, the droid accepted and their bond began to grow.
Vegeta
Father of Trunks and the King of all Sayajins, this guy isn?t a push over. Thirteen met up with him in DA and thanks to his son, there was very little violence between the two of them. Though the droid was sure that Vegeta was a spectacular warrior, the droid always had a sense that he could out power him, but one thing Thirteen knew was never to underestimate a Sayajin and this proved very helpful to his health.
Violet
Android Thirteen?s love. Never before had the droid felt love towards another individual, but somehow this woman had pulled his heart in a direction that even he wasn?t ready for. Having been born for the sole purpose to hunt and destroy the woman, Thirteen continues to fight against his CPU and though total computer control is inevitable, the droid has successfully defended himself and Violet against it. All he can do is hope and pray that he can keep control, for if he can?t, he may lose the one he loves.

His second death was during the Friend or Foe II television series when the Android, once again under the guise of Piccolo, attacked the Machine-hybrid and tried to remove his collar. In a fit of desperation, the artificial being unleashed a devastating energy blast that erased the android?s existence on the physical plane.
