Acouple of questions

Okay so being i'm still relatively new to the site I have afew questions i'd like to ask.

1: Why are there members like Olibu and others who have no max ki under their name?

2: Is there going to be another Dante's abyss?

3: If say you broke a scouter in a roleplay would you then have to buy another one if you wanted to have one at a later date?

1. They are OOC accounts. They've given up roleplaying but stick around for the community out of character

2. Yes, next year

3. No. Once you buy a scouter, you own one. Feel free to smash up a bunch and still end up with a new one. The exception is if your scouter breaks as a result of a fight
