Alliance Updates and Whatnot

Hello, busy night, and as a result, I have some minor things that needed update involving my alliance and headquarters.

First off all, Civil Unrest has some new members, and since Celipa had some trouble and hasn't been on my Headquarter's listing for months, I don't want to repeat this error. =/ Therefore, the list below is of everyone who is part of my headquarters currently and should be receiving +3 TP weekly.

Android 17
Bojack
Celipa
Doore
Jackie Chun
Kid Buu
Noku
Panbuukin
Super Buu
Violet

Android 13 has his own HQ, so yea, no need for him to be on the list I wager.

Anyways, next thing: Alliance forum access needs to be given to the following characters; Doore and Panbuukin.
