[Vejita I]

I've been on Vejita-Sei actively for more than a month.

Oh, and the update that was done with the techniques is still a little fresh to me(whenever you guys changed to x20 power ups and all that fun stuff). So upon learning Oozaru and training it does that give me access to using the "False Moon" technique, too? I'm a little sketchy on whether I need to put that as one of my official moves or if it's a given.

Oosaru- This is one of the trademarks of the saiya-jin race. Those native to Vejita-sei are taught the ability to create a "false moon". This false moon can be used to trigger the transformation into a giant ape-like beast, similar to the natural transformation created from a full moon. Saiya-jin will find that without further training, they cannot calm their mind to focus on their task, and will find their strength increasing.

Oosaru (Trained)- While the boost in strength is helpful under the Oosaru transformation, the drawback is that, while transformed, a person loses all control of their actions. They revert to a primal beast, looking only to destroy what's around them. After further training, however, a saiya-jin can learn to control the primal urges that fill their mind, removing the "Berserk" Attribute and taking full use of their power.

You can create a false moon to induce your oozaru transformation. However, use of a false moon can be restricted during sagas, as using one will make all saiyans with a tail transform. They were against the rules in DA '06, but not in FoF2. I'm pretty sure you can't use one during PCIII.

To answer your question, the ability to use one is a given.

Since you've been on Vegeta-sei for more than a month, you should get Oozaru (trained). A staffer needs to update it for you, though.
