No. Secondly, are you honestly on a quest to find loopholes in everything? To be blunt, if there are loopholes on any of this, we are going to say no most of the time despite the loopholes that are used to pick apart our decision. Arguing with someone doesn't usually help pursuade them to make a special case of anything.
