It could be a problem with a firewall, cookies, or your browser. If you have Internet Explorer, set privacy to medium or clear your cookies. If you have Mozilla, clear your cookies and don't have Firefox remember your password.

Tools >> Internet options >> privacy. Set it to "accept all cookies" or some such.

If you have ZoneAlarm, or a similar firewall program..
ZoneAlarm Options>Privacy>Cookie Control: Custom>un-select "Remove Private Header Information"
Or a similar feature called like Private Headers or HTTP Headers in a different program. The training program needs the header information to be passed on.

Is this a recent problem, or have you always had this problem?

the problem stopped, sorry that i never posted saying that it was fixed. It was never a problem, it never happened before. It also just seemed to fix itself.
