Yeah, I still haven't gotten around to that major overhaul of my character vault like I'd been planning. But, my current character vault has gotten jumbled and confusing, so I think I need to reorganize it a fair bit:
Meanings of Coloration
Red: This attack preferred by Android 20
Blue: This attack is preferred by Doctor Gero
White: This attack is used by both Twenty and Gero equally
Arm Energy Blade
A creation of Android 20, this move is useful in both offensive and defensive situations, although moreso on offense, which reflects his style of fighting. In this technique, Android 20 will begin to supercondense crimson ki energy along his right forearm, giving it a solid shape. A very tough layer of this red ki energy will cover his entire outer forearm, and is durable enough to deflect some smaller ki attacks. From this condensed arm shield of energy, the android will cause a thin, very sharp crimson ki blade to extend out over his hand about two feet. Twenty activates this in almost any battle, as it will serve to protect him at long range, and give him a vicious weapon at melee range.
Chain Gun
One of Android 20's favorite techniques, the Chain Gun is one that proves to be both strategic and powerful. It takes no time to charge up, so he can execute it in the blink of an eye. Holding an arm straight out towards his target, Twenty will begin to fire off thousands of energy bolts that travel very quickly in a straight line. However, if he should attempt to use the Chain Gun for too long, he will not only steadily drain his ki energy, he will also run the risk of overheating. In the event that he overheats, the energy diodes on his hands will shut, preventing the release of any more ki energy until he can recuperate. He can also fire blasts from both hands, however he will be less accurate, and will overheat faster. This is useful for forcing an opponent into a trap by making them have to move a certain direction in order to avoid the blasts.
Energy Drain
Android 20 is a highly advanced android, with several different capabilities built into his system. Two energy receptors on 20's palms are capable of firing energy attacks, as well as absorbing another fighter's life force. In order for Android 20 to drain the opponent's energy/life, he must make physical contact with them. He can drain the most energy from the opponent if he can grab hold of their head, where most life force circulates about. The drained energy can be used for multiple things, such as using it to power an attack, give himself a quick boost, or help to refill his own energy, should he have lost any. This is Android 20's most dangerous ability.
Eye Lasers
Another DBZ standard. This is Android 20's fastest attack. Dr. Gero quickly charges some energy into energy disks located behind his retina. He then fires two straight beams of golden energy. The beams are designed to cut through things, rather than explode on impact. While this is not a very powerful attack, it's quick firing speed proves it to be a worthwhile attack, when used correctly. Before firing, Android 20's eyes will have a tell-tale golden glow to them, moments before firing.
Flare Blades
With the discovery of Astral Field, Gero and Twenty quickly created their own way of using this technique. Twenty, being more aggressive, chose an offensive use for the technique. Gero, being a more passive fighter, chose to create a defensive technique. This technique, Flare Blades, is Twenty's creation. Instead of choosing to use Astral Field as a defensive manuever, Twenty decided to use it to help him defeat his foes more quickly. Like Shimmer, Flare Blades utilizes the transmutation of the astral ki produced by Astral Field into corporeal ki energy. Also like Shimmer, when a threat enters the radius of Astral Field, astral ki will rapidly transmute into coporeal ki in between the threat and the android. However, unlike Shimmer, this ki will in no way attempt to defend Twenty. Instead, it will form into miniscule blades of red-orange ki energy. When the threat nears, the blades of ki will launch themselves towards the opponent, causing light damage each time something enters the radius. In its passive state, Flare Blades will do very little substantial damage to a foe that engages Twenty in melee combat. However, when Twenty begins to focus on utilizing this technique, the power difference is incredible. By fully condensing the astral ki around himself and converting it into corporeal red-orange ki, Twenty can create thousands and even millions of the tiny miniscules blades of ki. And then, he can proceed to launch them out at an opponent. Each blade alone will do almost nothing to an opponent, however, with the combined power of thousands of the tiny ki blades slicing an opponent, the results can be devastating. The technique is called "Flare Blades," due to how the red-orange blades appear so suddenly, and then quickly disappear, like flashes of flames, or flares; thus, Flare Blades.
Nova
Android 20 drops both hands to his sides. He charges energy into both hands, and then flings both arms upward and screams, "Nova!", to create a huge bluish-white explosion above his head, or whichever direction he was aiming. The blast does not move, so it is limited to being a short-range attack, but it is nonetheless very powerful if the enemy gets hit by the blast. Can also be fired with one hand, but the power of the blast is reduced.
Renzouku Energy Dan
A DBZ standard. This attack is similar to that of a machine gun. Android 20 begins by charging energy into this hands, and then hurtling hundreds upon thousands of energy blasts onto the opposing fighter. Each blast alone is not very powerful, but when hit by many of the attacks, it can be very devastating. It is difficult to dodge this attack, but it can be done. This technique is not as draining as a powerful beam attack would be, but it still puts a large amount of strain on Gero's body.
Supernova
A more powerful variant of the Nova attack, this attack is preffered by Android 20 for its power and speed. Unlike the Nova, the Supernova is not immobile. It is released in a powerful beam form that moves very fast, and is difficult to dodge. However, its drawback is that it takes a good deal of time to charge up for. In order to perform the Supernova, the android must arch his body backward and charge energy into both palms. Once enough energy has been gathered, the android will throw his body forward, slamming both wrists together and unleashing a powerful orange beam of fast moving energy.
Astral Field
This technique is completely defensive in its nature. However, like some of Twenty and Gero's other techniques, this technique, is actually more of a "building block" for some of his more devastating abilities. After Gero realized of his capability to break his mind away from his body, and travel freely in the form of an Astral Projection, both Twenty and Gero quickly began to devise ways to further this power. The two quickly arrived at a similar discovery: Astral Field. By forcing their inner energy out of them, they can create a large field of "astral" ki about their body. This astral ki is completely incapable of causing any harm (except against other astral beings). However, what it does act as is almost a more precise form of the android's Ki Sense powers. When anything made of corporeal matter, or even something ethereal, enters this field, the android will be able to sense it. That doesn't mean he'll be able to react to it in time, it simply gives him an "early warning" system, further amplifying his uncanny ability to almost predict an enemy's attack through calculation and conjecture. Astral Field is passive, and its radius is about 3 meters from the android at all times. However, when the android focuses on using this technique, the range increases at a constant rate of about 2 meters per second.
Enviroshield
The Enviroshield is very similar to the Energy Shield in a sense, however it is a far different variant of shielding. While the Energy Shield deflects ki and energy attacks, the Enviroshield offers absolutely no protection from ki or energy. However, it does protect Gero from elemental-based attacks (i.e. fire, ice, etc.), as well as the harmful effects of the vacuum of space. The Enviroshield is much tougher than the Energy Shield, and is capable of withstanding much more punishment than the Energy Shield. When active, the Enviroshield spreads all across the android's body in a green "barrier" of sorts, rather than a translucent sphere as the Energy Shield does. It requires a fair amount of ki to activate, but once active, it requires no energy to sustain.
Flashbang
Realizing that power is not what should govern attacks, but rather their usefulness in battle, Android 20 devised this very handy, and very easy to use technique. By charging a ball of ki energy into his palm, the android merely has to alter the energy into pure solar energy, causing his hand to burst into a brilliant white light. This technique, which Twenty has dubbed, the "Flashbang," lives up to its name. The attack is executed by tossing the solar energy down to the ground, or at an opponent. The blast itself will hurt just about as much as a bee sting, but the resulting effects from it prove to be a tactical advantage. By tossing the blast at an exact trajectory, the solar energy will slam into an air pocket before it reaches the ground. The blast explodes, resulting in a blinding flash of light, and the air pocket implodes, causing a massive bang. Android 20 utilizes this attack most often for escapes, and for handicapping an opponent temporarily.
Inertia Recoil
This ability is one of Android 20's very unique moves, as it inflicts no damage on the enemy, but rather to aid himself. By using the energy that flows around his body, he can create minute explosions around himself, which will launch him in any direction. The greatest advantage to this move is that he can be moving in any direction at all, and instantly change directions without losing any speed. It is very effective at dodging attacks, and drains an iota of ki energy to use. However, how fast he will be moving after the recoil will exactly equal to the velocity he was travelling beforehand. The faster he was moving, the more powerful a blast it will take to cancel out his inertia, and send him in the opposite direction. Because of this, if he uses this move at far too high of a speed, he can actually hurt himself somewhat.
Ki Grapple
This unique attack has more of a technical use in battle than offensive. By focusing ki energy into a thread-like beam of energy, he feeds more and more into it until it is quite thick and durable. The end is tipped with a kienzan edge, allowing it to pierce almost anything. However, the backside of the tip of the Ki Grapple is not in the style of a kienzan, and will more or less "hook" into something. This technique, which Android 20 has dubbed, the "Ki Grapple," looks like a long cord of orange energy, with a glowing yellow tip on the end. The mechanoid uses this technique by extending his arm, and launching the grapple out. It can be used to latch onto surfaces to swing around an obstacle quickly, or to pierce into an opponent, and drag them into close range. His favorite use of this technique is to hook onto an opponent, snap them into close range, and then fire a one-handed Nova attack at them.
Shimmer
With the discovery of Astral Field, Gero and Twenty quickly created their own way of using this technique. Twenty, being more aggressive, chose an offensive use for the technique. Gero, being a more passive fighter, chose to create a defensive technique. This technique, Shimmer, is Gero's technique. Using the same power used in his Body Split technique, Gero can forcibly change the astral ki into corporeal ki energy. By basing this technique off of the passive power of Astral Field, Gero successfully created a shield that will defend him without himself even having to react. When something enters the radius of Astral Field, astral ki will rapidly transmute into corporeal ki in between Gero and the incoming object in order to try to protect the android. Unfortunately, in its passive state, the shield can do no better than deflect a few minor physical or ki attacks. Any attack of reasonable power will overpower it. However, in the same manner as Astral Field, if Gero focuses on utilizing Shimmer, he can drastically increase the reaction time and strength of the shield that forms, allowing him to greatly enhance his defense. The technique is known as "Shimmer" due to how azure ki energy will rapidly appear to shield the android and then disappear after attempting to subdue the threat, giving the appearance of a blue light "shimmering" around the android.
Invisible Wall
Utilising his mastery of illusory techniques, Android 20 has devised a way to form actual walls out of ki. These are invisible to the naked eye and impossible to detect by ki sensing. If put between the doctor and someone else, it can easily catch over-eager enemies off guard. In addition to vertical walls, he can place horizontal walls in mid air, effectively making a 'platform' to stand on. The only problem with this technique is that its illusion is so potent that Gero cannot actually sense where they are himself. As such, he has to try and remember to the best of his ability. This is usually not a problem for someone who is as well-endowed in the cranial zone as Twenty, but even the most intelligent warrior can sometimes forget where he's flying in a heated battle.
Tri-Break
Android 20 is a master of deceit and manipulation, and the Tri-Break is one of his more preferred "illusion" technqiues. By travelling in one direction at full speed for a few seconds, he can cause his image to blur outward, until the images take a real form, and look like Android 20 has created two clones of himself. In this way, the real Android 20 can be any one of the three clones, and use his replications to manipulate his opponent's mind into trying to defend against a replication that may or may not be the true Android 20. This move offers both offensive and defensive advantages, as he will be able to use his replications to throw his opponent off-guard while the real Android 20 comes in for the real attack, or use his clones as a fake to avoid attacks. However, the replications themselves can cause no damage, and will be disrupted in the event that they pass through a solid object.
Affect Mind
Yet another extension of Android 20's mental capabilities, this move operates on a similar level to the Mind Break technique. However, this move does not necessarily have to be used as an "attack." As with the Mind Break, in order for Android 20 to pierce someone's mind, he must make eye contact. Once this has been accomplished, Android 20 will be able to send a telepathic mental "trigger" of sorts into their mind. In essence, this is a form of empathy. By altering the trigger to whatever desired effect he wishes it to have, he can cause an opponent to suddenly feel certain emotions, although not on a large scale. This move can be used in a myriad of ways, such as mentally "healing" someone by instilling a feeling of calm and serenity within them, or as an "attack" upon a foe by instilling a feeling of fear, sadness, or shock. The level of resistance that one who is being subjected to Android 20's Affect Mind technique varies based on their mental abilities. If the sum of their mental stats exceeds Android 20's intelligence multiplied by two, Android 20 will be unable to affect their mind, unless they willingly allow Twenty to do so. If the sum of their mental stats exceeds Android 20's intelligence alone, the intensity of the feelings caused by Affect Mind will last only a short time, and will not be very intense whatsoever, unless they do not resist. Finally, if the sum of their mental stats fails to exceed Android 20's intelligence, Twenty will be able to instill powerful emotions within them, and the effects can last for extended periods of time.
Astral Projection
A move developed out of necessity by Doctor Gero. After being assimilated by Android 20 in the Pendulum Room, Gero found himself completely subdued from controlling his body. He also found he was incapable of overpowering Twenty to regain control of his body. The only solace he has found is his immense mental capabilities, which Twenty is can only control to a certain degree. Gero found he could still utilize Telepathy to communicate, but Twenty would overhear anything he said if he was still contained. So, Gero improvised, drawing on his telepathic abilities to extend his mind, he managed to separate his mental presence from his body. When this occurs, Gero can "move" freely about the physical world. He is completely incapable of any physical contact however, and is completely undetectable to all the basic senses. However, he can still use Telepathy to contact others while he is projecting his mind, as well as his mental powers, such as Mind Break, or Affect Mind, and thus allow Gero to somewhat impact the physical world. However, he is visible to those who possess superior ki sensing abilities (Ki Sense 3), who will be able to sense Gero's presence in the area, and see his astral form, which looks just like Gero before he was assimilated, although transparent. This "move" can also serve to be a form of advanced reconnaisance, by projecting himself out to scout out the area, and then report his findings when he returns to his body. Astral projection can only be used by the captive mind inside the android's body. Does not affect the dominant mind when used.
Mind Break
An extension of Android 20's devastating mental abilities, this move serves to throw his opponent off-guard. As is the standard with most of his techniques, he uses it in conjuction with many other illusory manuevers, such as Tri Break, to confuse and disorientate his opponent. In order to use this technique successfully, several conditions must be met. First, eye contact must be made. In this fashion, Android 20 can pierce his opponent's mind for an instant. Once eye contact has been made, he must overcome his opponent's mental power, in order to execute the move. If the technique is successful, a temporary "white out" will be achieved, causing the opponent's mind to be wiped for a few moments. They will not remember what they were doing, or what is going on. In a sense, it is a heigtened form of amnesia. Nevertheless, after a few moments, the effects of the technique will fade. If the sum of the warrior's mental stats exceed Android 20's intelligence multiplied by 2, the technique will have no effect. If they exceed Android 20's intelligence alone, the technique will last for about 3 seconds. If the sum of their mental stats fails to exceed Gero's intelligence, the technique will last for approximately 10 seconds.
Valence Overload
"Overdrive"
This technique does not harm a foe, and it does not offer any additional defense for the android either. This move's technical name is "Valence Overload," although Android 20 commonly refers to it as "Overdrive." This move is extremely dangerous for the android to use, and he will only activate it when the situation he is in calls for it. By launching great amounts of electrons into his internal generator, Android 20's generator will begin to operate at over 100% capacity, as the radioactive atoms within his generator will be pushed to the next energy level, dramatically increasing the energy output of each atom. The result is that Android 20's speed and agility are pushed beyond their normal limits, giving the android the ability to shock his opponent from this rapid speed increase. However, the price the android pays for this power is great. In order to come up with the energy to make this jump, he must sacrifice an equal amount of his stamina, and therefore, Twenty will tire very quickly from using this technique. Not only that, but the strain of this increased energy will damage himself internally by small amounts for each second he remains in Overdrive. While in Overdrive, Android 20's eyes will turn completely red, with no visible pupils. His veins will begin to bulge, and occasional bolts of crimson energy will race around him, as exhaust from the energy surge. Twenty can activate this for only a few seconds, allowing a quick strike, or he can leave it active as long as his body can handle the strain.
Renzouku Nova
This is the combination of the Renzouku Energy Dan and the Nova attack. By diminishing the energy used in the solitary Nova attack, Android 20 is capable of firing many Novas within a short amount of time. The result is the Renzouku Nova. Android 20 will fire one-handed Novas in every direction, causing a field of the dangerous explosions to begin to grow around him. This technique is very good for crowd control, and dispersing mutliple opponents away from the android.
Ultranova
Created while Android 20 fought for his life in the Dojo of Light, the Ultranova is an incredibly destructive combination of the Nova and Supernova. The move is very powerful, dwarfing the power of the Nova or Supernova alone, however it comes at a sharp price. It requires Android 20 to sacrifice some of his life energy to act as a catalyst for the attack. The more energy that is used in the Ultranova, that much more life energy will be needed to release it. In order to execute the Ultranova, Twenty must pull himself into a compact shape, condensing vast amounts of power within himself. Once the all of the energy that will be released in the attack is fully focused, the android will release some of his very spirit upon it. Throwing out his body into an "X" shape, a massive eruption of pink-hued energy will flood out of his body. It will be as powerful and as large as the energy put into it. Doctor Gero once used this attack against the fused being, Kooriza, sacrificing all of his life in a futile attempt to kill the changeling.
Whiplash
This isn't really much of an attack, but it combines the abilities of the ki grapple and inertia recoil to quickly propel the android in any direction. By latching his ki grapple onto a target and then blasting himself in a direction with the inertia recoil, Android 20 can drastically increase his speed by using the centrifugal force of the spinning to increase his velocity. When he breaks off the ki grapple, he will launch in whichever direction inertia will take him. Difficult to use effectively, but very helpful when quick movements need to be made in a short amount of time.
Ki Sense 3
Android 20 developed this ability after having his unrivaled mental capacity experience feeling the waves of death exuding from Earth-sei during the invasion of the Cold Industries Army. The destruction of the ambient life of earth echoed outwards, seeming to reverberate from the very planet itself, and it scarred the mind of the android, leaving an similar echo imprinted in his mind. From that point on, Gero has been able to spread out this echo to all forms of life across the galaxy, and feeling the pulsations of life flowing through them. In this way, he can sense those nearby, how powerful they are, and can even detect power fluctuations within them, alerting him of certain attacks being used, and emotions flowing through them. He can also detect the odd energy signature that is radiated by the dragonballs.
Telepathy
Android 20 is not exactly sure how he came to develop this ability, but it began to emerge after feeling the echo of life exuding from Earth-sei. Most likely stemming from his ki sensing abilities, he is able to telepathically send messages to those he wishes by creating a connection to their own mind.

Illusory Tactics
Mental Powers
Other Abilities
Combo Attacks
Techniques
