Regarding characters

So I have already asked questions regarding characters for example regarding characters that appeared only in the manga. Here are two more:

1. Can a person make a personall RP with a NPC as the main character? Meaning its completely void of the persons actual character.

2. Can people choose to roleplay "non-existing" characters? What I mean is characters such as Videls mother that does get mentioned but never actually appears or Kuriza from Toriyamas Neko Majin Z 2 series?

Didn't Bojack write a personal RP about a bunch of NPCs? I never really saw any mention of him in it, either.

It depends. If the RP of the NPC is going to tie in with your own character, and you continue to RP as your own character in the meantime, then it is alright.

Conditions set down on Bojack before (by Mario), and they seem entirely reasonable. Just try to make sure the two stories converge relatively soon, id est, not drag on forever with no intimate connection.

HF is right. Essentially, we'll make a judgement call. If it basically looks like you are trying to RP two characters, or cheat your way into roleplaying a custom character while your main character is a doormat, we'll axe you. If we can see that you are "taking a break to add some more depth with a sidestory regarding a common character that shows up regarding you, then that's fine.

Take Naruto for example. If you decided to play Naruto training with the pervert, and later decide to go down a trail of thought regarding a sidestory with him, showing him going about his daily business and maybe dealing with some loose ends that will help your character out, we'd be ok. If you say "Naruto iz trainin" once a week in three hundred words but then have Jiraiya (however its spelled, I'm tired) entering all competitions and then updating its Char Vault (contained in your own) more often than your real one, we eat you.

Yep. I RPed Gabriel (from "The Last Line of Defense") alone for like, I think, three RPs or something before I had him fade out for the time being. That was a while back, though, and he's kind of floating in obscurity until I decide what to do with him.
