Why are you using other sites to judge the rules for this site? I don't see how other sites saying "oh, this guy did this" should affect what technique rules we've made.

We use that just as a character list for people to get ideas from. We don't even allow every character from that list (Hitler, others) for various reasons. We've never said "Their techniques and movelists overrule our own" either. We've never even pointed at their tech list for anything. Just characters.
