On a personal level, and I want Rad's opinion on this, I'm against it. Why? Simply put, that's like people having a group of Namek's with red skin, purple skin, gold skin, etc. If someone wants to have their Namekian skin turn gold during a powerup, I'm totally against it, however, its been accepted. If a Saiyan wants to suddenly sprout a massive penis as part of their transformation, that's unfortunately acceptable as well. But that doesn't make it any less ridiculous. I don't think taking a completely different type of creature and replacing a Saibamen with it is anywhere near the same, in the same manner as when we had to deal with one of our Androids not being the same as a Transformer.

I'm also against it, but for a less complicated reason than Reijin: I don't like it.

That's my gut reaction and 90% of the time that's the best reaction to go with.

For me, I'd say no to altering the physical structure of any "creature" meaning you know, non characters like pets of a certain race and what not. They have a nondistinctive unified racial look, and I wouldn't want to move away from that. If you wanted to change their clothing and put helmets or hats or whatever on, I could care less. My own Saibaman, Saiba, tends to wear backwards caps alot.

If you want to give him a suit of armor that happens to look like one from a Bioman, then by all means do so. Just state it in your description of him, and don't take the "happened to be the only Saibaman that grew out with this deformed buggy head"
