How would you get into the second ring of Hell (below purgatory). From the description I see a staircase that has a neon sign over it saying "Here to Demon King" or something. Just curious.

I suggest being creative. A staircase, a tunnel, a hole in the ground. A big, scary arm that drags you under the ground. Whatever, really. So long as you follow the basic guidelines, you're free to do pretty much anything.
