Clothing: Panbuukin is clothed in shoddy-looking mercenary armor, riddled with holes and cracks. Around his waist is a dry grass skirt, which has the shade of a dark brown. On his feet is a pair of raunchy boots which have seen better days.

Needle Gun Shot

Panbuukin mentally focuses his ki energies into his arm, causing his arm to be a catalyst for said energy. After extending his index finger, ?Buukin releases all the energy from his arm through his index finger. The energy itself comes out in the shape of a thin needle, which then rockets forward at speeds that could only be matched by a jet. At such a high velocity, the needle can puncture almost anything. However, due to the pure energy surging through his arm, it causes it to tremble tremendously, giving Panbuukin terrible accuracy with the needle. Also, the attack itself is quite taxing on PBK?s body, so after it?s used, ?Buukin is left completely sapped of energy.

Ki Flashlight

Panbuukin originally created this move for usefulness when out exploring dark areas. However, he discovered that if he put enough of his own energy into it, it could temporarily blind enemies, having the same effect as Solar Flare

Barrier

When in a bind, Panbuukin uses this move to protect himself from attacks. By summoning his ki outward, 'Buukin creates a protective shell made completely from his ki energies. It can be quite effective if the opponent attacking has a lower defense then Panbuukin.


Belly Belch

Panbuukin summons up a potent amount of energy from his girth. Once he is satisfied, he releases the erratic, unrefined attack through his mighty maw. The attack is great for spontaneous usage to keep foes on their toes, and for Panbuukin to be able to retaliate without use of his arms.

Panbuukin, when bathed in the light of a full moon, transforms into a monstrous ape-like beast called an Oosaru. While in his transformed state, 'Buukin acquires a massive increase in power. Unlike most saiya-jins however, he does not suffer a blow to his intellect in the process.

Noticed a slight mistake in my Oosaru description. Here's the revised description.
