New Tech and a couple of changes!

I am pretty sure that the two events just coincided nicely enough that someone said "hey, cool, let's just intertwine them". Probably wrong I guess. I just figured its been trainable, but damned near impossible to get. Now, though, the only possible way to get it is to win DA or come in second. Which fits the rarity of it, but said rarity is in part what causes its unbalance.

It was those two and it did end up being used in the Lookout Saga. I was always under the impression that it was under the intent of a saga, though.

It was the intent of the saga. It was planned, from the beginning that Vegeta would be killed, Rad would end up turning on -- and consequently being killed by -- KD, and then the two would meet up in hell, learn fusion, and come back to clear the Lookout the new evil overlord.

Clone Fighter Training Room - 2,000 zeni - Headquarters upgrade. This room uses ancient Arlian technology to create a complete clone of whoever is in the room. It can only be activated with one person in the room at a time. This can be used for training or sparring. It allows a member to get in their weekly spars, even if they don’t have anyone else to spar with.
