DBZ is very inconsistent anyway. Piccolo sending a ball of ki at the moon and exploding it with a power level of like 2000 is laughable. Vegeta's Final Flash cutting through the Earth's atmosphere, visible from space, would have meant he shot it at the sky, not downward. If it was truly as powerful as it was hyped up to be, everyone on the planet would have died from the resulting explosion.

The author literally went through every single Superman comic from every single canon Superman series, then went through every episode/movie that featured Goku, and proved beyond an objective doubt that Superman is the victor.
