So, I'm thinking of a name for a technique. Another custom technique employing the same name already exists. Must I create a new name, as the name is already claimed, or does this work on a per character basis in which names don't matter because there is no crossover anyway?

E: Unless of course the techniques accomplish the same thing. You're then allowed to ask the person who owns it if you could buy the same kind of technique under the same name.

I found this in the custom techniques section after I'd come up with the idea. So it is used by an active member. My thought was that I can project an image of what will happen (using Foresight and Telepathy) into an opponent's mind. This image can be false to influence an opponent to act a certain way. I was thinking of calling it Inception, but I can think of another term for it as it's kinda illegal...
