Disclaimer - This is extremely rough and probably won't make much sense.
So I've been theory crafting ways to play Dominion as a uniform team whilst using offense as your tool for victory. Looking at this like Arathi Basin my first instinct told me that we'd need to cover a few basic things that every team must have.
Movement Speed - Each team member will have move speed runes, masteries, and will buy boots 3/5 in game. If each team member can move at the same speed there is less risk of being caught out of position while moving about the map and it will give us an easier time to respond. This involves moving in a pattern that allows us to grab the speed buff. Two designated people on the team will grab Shurelya's Reverie as well. (If it works with your champion.)
Team Composition - Under Construction Champion wise. I only know that I'd want Shaco as our roamer. We'd need boxes planted strategically on the map to disrupt movement. He'd do that while bouncing back and forth between each point/fight.
I'm thinking that we'd have two groups of two and one roamer. We'd move the two groups from point to point. I like the idea of having a specific cycle where we revisit turrets we own in between going after theirs. Something like this -
Take A > Take B > If there's a fight at B, revisit B, send roamer to C, > Rotate to D and E. Being always on the move and always poking.
Master Yi and Shaco both stick out on the top of my head with Gangplank for his ult. Twisted Fate's ult would be an extremely valuable recon tool that would let us alter our plan on the fly based on movement since we can't ward. Heck he could even be the roamer. His teleport would make him beastly at it. We don't necessarily need to kill the team instantly, but we need the two groups roaming around together to compliment each other. For example - If I were Nasus I'd want someone who could capitalize on my slow. We also don't want anyone too squishy either. Ashe and those like her are too risky. Alistar also rings true as a great choice. His ability to force a champion in a certain direction makes for good control of the map.
I'll add to my thoughts later. Had to jot this down before I started writing.

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.
