Ok Short Circuit is in for good.
Next is the Astral Projection, you all seem to like it. I just think there needs to be more because it is pretty useless until level three, really. It is a really creative idea but it is useless until you can possess something. But as the majority has chosen it, I believe it will be number two.
And Cargo, I meant they can't teleport at all but the only way out is if they fly away on a ship. Sorry.
So the runner ups for number three are
Energy Block
Mental Disguise
They both had two. So from those two I think we should decide.
I like mental disguise a little because like said earlier, it's a glorified shapechange and I like Energy Block because it is something different. Though the higher PL will usually win unless you take stats into consideration. Like higher speed will let you dodge more so a higher strength will be useless if you can't hit. And..yeah...

Good point Taps
Let's each of us post our opinions for the third tech and see if we can reach consensus
My vote: Energy Block

I want to see other opinions first.

- Short-circuit
- Astral Projection
- Energy Block
The first two because I like them. Energy Block is more useful than Teleportation Block, and most of the other ones are just a rehashing of techniques we already have.

I though it was Materialise >.> Not Mental Disguise.
My three are...hmm...Energy Block.
And no, I'm not upset if I lose, because it's only a game...sort of. I still think it can be too god-moded.

That's majority, although I'm pretty sure it was Tap's vote. If you want to contribute, feel free. But, I think I can safely say our three submissions are:
Short-circuit
Astral Projection
Energy Block

Yes, that is our final choice . . .

And, finally, evaluation time. But not by me.
Each of you evaluate each of your fellow teammates with the following form. I'm not looking for nice answers (though, I'm not exactly looking for mudslinging either). Be honest. Brutally, if need be.
NAME: Teammie 1
Overall Rating: 10/10 OMG teh best!
Strengths: Super smart!
Weaknesses: Bad B.O.
Do this for everyone. You should have three copies of the form above. Finally, answer these questions:
1) Who should be booted?
2) How could you have done better this round?
3) Why should you not be booted?

I'll have to wait for him to answer, but I'll save it in word I guess. If we don't really find a weakness?

Pleasure working with y'all. Ratings are nothing personal.
----
Name: Cargo
Overall Rating: 6
Strengths: Communication (articulates his opinions well)
Weaknesses: Indecisiveness (changing his submissions)
Name: Toma
Overall Rating: 6
Strengths: Thorough (on the ball, readily pointing out what is missed)
Weaknesses: Lack of originality, lack of confidence
Name: Tapion
Overall Rating: 8
Strengths: Leadership
Weaknesses: Lack of diversity (two ?block? techniques)
1.) Who should be booted?
Toma. I didn?t pick you because of your lack of AIM (we still got the job done without any communication problem), or because none of your techniques were selected. I felt that both of your techniques were a rehashing of ones we already have, which was the difficulty of the task. The assignment was to be creative, and involving telepathy was good, but you didn?t quite make it. You contributed additionally by being able to help keep everyone straight, but that was diminished by a lack of confidence, always saying something along the lines of ?Yeah, I?m not going to go very far.? Even if you are a pessimist, keep it to yourself, and put up a strong front. Some people call it modesty; I call it putting a sign on your back that says, ?Run me over.?
2.) How could you have done better in this round?
While I was typing up my initial opinion (slow-poke), two people had posted above, and even after I saw them, I didn?t really do anything to accommodate the flow of action. I posted my opinion, but didn?t make a selection until the very end, which wasn?t very productive. Also, my second technique lacked originality, and was also a spin-off of one we already have, because I found it difficult to find a second that was useful, original, and moderately powered.
3.) Why should you not be booted?
I was prompt with my product, and put a lot of thought and energy to it. Short-circuit was original and creative, and was well received, which I think covered for my second one. I communicated with other group members outside of the thread to try and discuss the decision-making process and point out a couple of things about the techniques. It wasn?t my objective to fill a quota (if it sounded that way I didn?t mean it to), I just wanted to steer our focus to pick abilities that were useful but weren?t all the same, because that would be boring and wouldn?t give as many options.

NAME: Bardock
Overall Rating: 9/10
Strengths: Hard worker, intelligent, could teamate
Weaknesses: Can't think of any
NAME: Toma
Overall Rating: 7/10
Strengths: works well with the team
Weaknesses: No AIM, can't get on AIM
NAME: Cargo
Overall Rating: 7/10
Strengths: puts in a lot of effort and is creative and is a team player
Weaknesses: Changing mind
1) Who should be booted?
If somebody HAS to be booted, I would say Toma. Not because he is a bad choice, but the fact he has no AIM makes things difficult. I think he needs a little more experience compared to the rest of us, but I do like him.
2) How could you have done better this round?
I could have put in more effort and fleshed out my techniques more to make them more descriptive so they could be understood.
3) Why should you not be booted?
I kind of took leader for the team and organized it and got things in order which shows I can be a leader and a team player. I think if I got booted it would be a bad choice as I think I have proven myself as responsible.

Overall Rating: 9/10
Strengths: A great leader, and really creative/smart.
Weaknesses: ?
Name: Cargo
Overall Rating: 7/10
Strengths: Creative
Weaknesses: A bit rushed I think, only from what I saw.
Name: Tapion
Overall Rating: 8/10
Strengths: Clever, Easy to understand (don?t know the exact word, he can explain everything very well)
Weakness: ?
1) Who should be booted?I think?that Cargo should be booted. Sorry dude, don?t take me the wrong way, but you seem to have less experience. I?m not trying to start a war, but trying to say it as straight as I can. My guess is that if this were started in a month or, two, you?d have had a better chance.
2) How could you have done better this round?
I would have done better, if I actually started earlier. I forgot that Krillin posted that at 1 AM in my time-zone, and had only an hour or two to think of 2 techniques. If I had realized this earlier, I could have managed to make 2 techniques, but better.
3) Why should you not be booted?
I think I shouldn?t be booted, because I haven?t even reached half of my potential. That meaning, I didn?t try hard enough in the first round, because it all remained in my head as a ?game?. This always happens to me, and I wake up only after I see how hard it is. If staff would have patience with me, I know I would be able to do a lot better in the next round. That?s why I think I shouldn?t be booted.

*puts a "Run Me Over" sign on his back* XD Nothing personal about the form, just so y'all know.
ALSO: The ... part means I can't really find a weakness.

Weaknesses: None that I can see right now.
Name: Toma
Overall Rating: 6/10
Strengths: Ability to go with the flow and be a team player.
Weaknesses: Lack of AIM, Timezones, Ingenuity
Name: Tapion
Overall Rating: 7/10
Strengths: Organization, Leadership
Weaknesses: Ingenuity
1) Who should be booted?
I think that Toma should be booted. Basically, it is because of the reasons stated above. It would be hard to contact him, not only because of AIM, but also because that his timezone is much different than ours. Also, the techniques that he can up with were good techniques, but were unoriginal. It's nothing personal Toma, but I think that Tapion, Bardock, and myself are better suited for this game. If you think that you are going to be booted before you know what the judging would be like, it means you should be booted.
2) How could you have done better this round?
I could have done better in this round by thinking more before posting my first techniques. Also, I could have made the descriptions and overall techniques better. For instance, I could have made Astral Projection more useful in the earlier levels. I think that I did everything else pretty well.
3) Why should you not be booted?
I think I shouldn?t be booted, because I think that I have much to contribute to Chubbs and I believe that I can show that in other challenges. The fact that I changed my submissions does mean I can change my mind (like anybody else), but it also shows the fact that I realized that the techniques that I posted second were better and more original. It means I can realize when I am wrong and move to correct it as soon as possible.

None of you are leaving this round, but at least one will next round.
Well done guys. You sorted things out pretty well.
