I obviously wanna use it... I mean, like, I'm just trying to think of a good reason to NOT have it available for RP. Like, what is the POSSIBLE reason why it shouldn't be open?

Because the RoSaT is the closest thing DBZ has to a 'sacred' ground. It had a specific purpose.

In the context of Chubbs, it has a very particular purpose. To use the RoSaT for this purpose, you must spend XP.

If you want to go to a movie theater, you must spend a certain amount of money. If you want to go to the movie theater to fuck someone in the back row, you must still spend a certain amount of money. Doesn't matter if you're not interested in the movie.

Sig why not create an alternate place similar to the place? It could possibly be a better alternative than spending 75 XP when you're not changing abilities(I think) to simply have your character rping there.

Because that's an extremely icky work-around?

If we want the Chubbs universe to have any IC legitimacy, then we should shudder when that sort of substitution is suggested, or attempted.

The question in all this should be,

@Sig: What in the world do you want to use the RoSaT (or any time-bending area/maneuver) for?

Well, I mean, now that I know I couldn't use it anyways, I'll just say it cause it won't ruin anything kick ass, BUUUUT

I was gonna take a bunch of the militia I've gathered and leave em in there for like, 3 days under the tutorship of some war vets and train em up to crazy badass levels.
