I was hoping to avoid naming what I meant, because I don't know the strength of like..plutonium. But..my Metallurgy allows Vad to generate metal. I'm basically saying, I want him to generate a strengthened metal...and because I just thought of it, the side effect of creating this metal could just make it radiated...

Even if it has no purpose the radiation needs to be mentioned because it's a key element to the appearance of the blades. I can't draw and I'm not looking for a picture in the roster. So I'm just describing how they look; or by all means I'd just mention that he generates a stronger, sturdier metal and he hits harder.

Revising this, because I'm thinking clearer now, I meant the radiation to describe appearance of the blades moreso than be an effect. He's bascially generating a stronger metal...

I tihnk he means.. because he's adept to the cold... his android body doesn't overheat, and the collness preserves his body a bit more...

I mean if you are adept to the cold... that you made... then your foe isn't and it might have an illish effect on them?

Fiend Wind- Small cyclones of wind form around Mal's forearms, and he can use them to increase the speed of loosed attacks, as well he can loose each cyclone to expand as horizontal razor sharp tornado's(similar to the Hyper Tornado of Pikkon, but it's a drill type attack that dont last as near as long), that drills at the opponent.

I'd like to know the cost of this one...... cuz I want to get it first

His body is more efficient in the cold due to innate abilities. Since Cain's trait is defiant, maybe this could only be activated when Cain's fighting a strong opponent.

Serrated Combat Blades:

An upgraded version of his normal steel blades. Serrated on both edges and formed from a diluted mix of Katchin and Steel, they hit considerably harder and aren't as brittle. The blades give off a faint pink mist and drip liquid metal. This excess metal can be used to catch the opponent off guard via Telekinesis.

Tae Kwon Do blades: History: Originally Tae Kwon Do was a death match between two individuals with their hands tied behind their backs. Ability: Cain creates crescent shaped ice blades on the backs of his legs.

Martial Arts chip: A chip containing a plethora of martial arts knowledge is installed in Cain's central computer. Contains up to fourth** Dan techniques in several martial arts (**fifth rises from the rank of Black Belt fourth Dan to the rank of fifth Dan master, and therefor attains Martial Arts Mastery). Martial Arts Mastery the ability is something unachievable by chip, and therefor must be practiced religiously or come across through such talismans as the Dragonballs.

Basically paying XP to use various Martial Arts things in my roleplays. It should be clear that Martial Arts Mastery is a higher rank and should have the advantage in hand to hand. Gives a hand-to-hand advantage against average opponents through proficiency in his profession.

Can't allow that. Having a martial arts advantage against average people is exactly what the Ability does. Saying this is almost as good doesn't work.

Sure. Using specific martial arts moves is perfectly fine. You don't even need a Custom for them unless you want it to be, like, a super ultra ki-charged harai goshi.

Speed Harai Goshi slam: With an afterimage and high agility Cain is able to lunge forward, seize the opponent, jettison both parties upward in flight, and then slam them to the ground.

Tornado kick: Cain turns in a leap and roundhouse kicks while throwing the elbows into a spin. Maintaining height through flight, he afterimage charges his speed to the point of only appearing in a few frames much like a fan does.

Object Immaterialization: This move combines both Psychokinesis and the Immaterialize ability. First by channeling ki into an object, in order for a part of the user to be in the object, thus the immaterialize ability recognize the thing it needs to immaterialize. Afterwards the user uses immaterialize to immaterialize the object along with him/her.
Requires: Psychokinesis, Immaterialization.

Cerion, Object Immaterialization, what exactly are you trying to accomplish with that, I'm confused with the definition you listed.

With Cerion's permission over AIM, he's trying to extend his immaterial ability and benefit to an object of his choosing. Be it a gun or a sword, he wants to extend the effect to cover said object.
