That's fine. I have a fall back. No need to get an opinion, I'll just drop it. Thanks Mario.

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.

Orion Wrote:Omega Wave - Orion brings his hands to his chest and tents his fingers, funneling his energy into his palms. The longer the charge, the stronger the attack. When he's reached the power he desires, Orion thrusts his hands forward, crying out the name of the blast and transforming it from an orb to a destructive ki wave.

15 xp.

Directed Salvo - After firing off a Salvo, Kaden can expend extra effort to direct the blasts individually. They can be directed towards a single point for a powerful burst of damage, or directed to strike multiple targets simultaneously.

True Sight - Combining rigorous training of his Sight ability with his Ki Sense and Pulse techniques, Kaden actually see the world around him. This gives the courier a 360 degree field of vision with all the benefits of his normal Sight. Being able to see everything around you at once is a powerful tool, but the downside, however, is that his Ki Sense does not function further than he can see.

Both of these are, basically add-ons to existing moves. For True Sight, yes, that one move I'm just ripping from Naruto.

Awareness - Belle's main use of the Foresight technique. By falling more and more into a battle's rhythm and letting his natural instincts take over, Belle unlocks the use of this ability. His senses become more aware, his movements sharper, and his ability to read his opponent appears to jump off the scale. What Belle is actually 'seeing' in this state is hard to describe. It is not reality per se, but all potential realities that all movements around him may yield. He is able to accurately predict, with shocking precision, the path of a punch, and guess with what almost appears to be mind-reading what his opponent will do next. Because of this, he appears to actually speed up in combat the longer he fights rather than slow down. This is just a trick of perception, however. What he is actually doing is moving to avoid blows before they're even thrown.

Awareness starts out unnoticeable and confers no benefit, but grows in strength the longer Belle fights.

Tenshu Dageki (God Strike) - A blow of incomprehensible power, the Tenshu Dageki is said to have vanished hundreds of years ago when its last master, unprepared for the force that he would unleash, brought down an entire mountainside on top of himself.

The way it works is very simple in concept, if extremely dangerous in practice. The two ingredients for the attack are chi and kurochi, the positive and negative of life, respectively. All chi in the universe is counterbalanced by an equal amount of kurochi, which keeps the worlds in balance. All people have both chis inside of them as well, and their harmony is part of what keeps the human body from tearing itself apart. Tenshu Dageki is the art of harnessing these two forces and deliberately upsetting the balance to force that destructive chain reaction, but controlling it tightly enough that it doesn't kill the user.

When successfully executed and delivered through a physical strike, a titanic amount of energy is released. Made from the user's own chi energies, the blast does not effect him, but will utterly annihilate anything within a roughly one mile radius. Trees, rocks, mountains - you name it, it's gone. If hit, even extremely powerful enemies are going to be feeling the hurt in a very major way. Against already weak or weakened enemies, this blow has the potential to outright kill.

It is called the 'God Strike' because of the massive shaft of light that reaches upward from the explosion and into the sky.

I don't get it. What makes this more advantageous than just, like, looking around?

Oh, I get it.

You should probably actually mention that specifically in the tech description. A '360 field of vision' just means you can see all around you -- not necessarily all at once. I have a 360 field of vision right now. =/

Anyway, I guess that'd be ...wow.

EDIT: Actually, I'm not confident on my pricing. I'm gonna pull that part.

No you don't. The most you can have is around 180 degrees.

Turn around, retard. A field of vision isn't limited to what you're immediately looking at. I don't have a wall directly behind me. =/

Are you going to add that PP cost to God Strike, Belle?

I think you guys probably need to discuss amongst yourselves to get a price before I decide that. I mean, last night you were tossing guesses at me that it would be something like 140xp without PP. So the disparity between evaluations here it pretty large.

I don't want to sneak in an overpowered thing on the cheap.

But you can see behind you? I don't see how a field of vision isn't just what's in ... well, your field of vision.

Your field of vision is everything that you have the potential to see from your current location. Right now i'm at my desk and by turning by neck in each direction i can see everything, i have a 360 degree field of vision. If i was standing against a wall and i did the same thing, i would only have 180 degree field of vision because i only have the potential to see 180 degrees, because of the restrictions provided by the wall.

This is probably one of the dumber arguments I've seen on Chubbs, and that's saying something.

I think it's pretty clear what Kaden meant. Let's move on.
