Each time they make a sequal they change/upgrade a few things and add a few more characters. If they were to throw everyone into one gam at once they would risk the chance of people losing more interest than they already have.

Cui had a background relation to one of the characters, though. Raspberry was a pooh-gator-man.

Cui was somewhat of a rival to Vegeta at one point. his role was more significant than Raspberry's.

He also shared the look of many of the alien fighters so they could use him to repersent them all. While Raspberry.. was a gator man.

The only thing I loved about T2 was really the one handed Kamehameha with SSJ Goku and Tapion.
