I don't like any of these things. You have to actually kill somebody with the KGB to get the crit bonus, and since the sandvich replaces the shotgun you have to add the minigun's priming time to the eating time for a total of about six seconds where you're completely vulnerable. Natascha could go either way, and could be really great or useless depending on the situation.
