Just doing some cost checks, don't have XP for anything right now. Are any these techs even necessary and they could be done simply with generic use of Ki Control + 40% Focus?

Bokken-Ha
A special Mata technique popularized by the 6th Mata Master, Long Dong, who is renowned among the Order for his melee range and power. This covers the member with a strong, rigid energy shroud for striking attacks.

A special Mata technique developed by the 11th Mata Master, Hangen Lo, which he used to counter the techniques of his teacher, Bawl Brayker the 10th Mata Master, in a legendary match. This concentrates dense energy around the scrotum, offering extra strong defense to a tender zone.

A secret Mata technique developed by the 1st Mata Master, Maximus Splooge, the greatest practitioner of the spiritual arts among all the Mata Masters. With a single use of this terrifying attack he impregnated a nearby city (including the men and animals, or so the legend goes), followed by a three year long nap. While details are sparse, it is said to unleash several successive streams of incredible energy.
