It was there where he was welcomed with open arms, just so long as he provided Frost's military and the general populace of Frost a constant supply of lethal munitions of his own devising...

General Description: Dr. Cringle looks uncannily like the mythical figure Santa Claus, though a tad less jolly. He's also in much better shape, due in part to his studies in the nature of ki and how it's processed.
