Why not just let players decide what their own flaws are.

There's only one character I've read so far who doesn't appear to have some kind of negative physical or character flaw.

<_< It wasn't me, was it? Because I've been trying pretty hard to make Misato sound like a borderline idiot.

But yeah, I'm with most of the people here. Character flaws shouldn't be picked up just for arbitrary rewards, they should be pretty standard on any and every character. That'd be like rewarding people for having NPCs or for having... I don't know, names.

By having flaws, you get to roleplay those flaws, and that makes your roleplays more interesting and involving. Bigger, better RPs = More XP. That's all the compensation I really need.
