This thread gave me the idea for this technique. I am curious to see if its allowed. And I do not expect this to be a cheap technique.

Reverse Engineering:
When a situation calls for it the user may reverse engineer one of his stats, using another one. The maximum amount of reverse engineering is 10% of only one stat. This 10% can be applied to any stat other than the one it was taken from. The originating stat suffers a -5% debuff on top of the removed 10% while this is active. This is a situational ability and only lasts for a minute and thirty seconds. The user must have the knowledge to know when to use it.
Prerequisites:
Fighting Sense – To give a general calculation of what stat would be the best to improve.
Ki Control- This requires a massive chunk of energy to make happen. 30% of your total reserves, plus an extra 2% every 5 seconds. (General Idea is, that once the time is up, the user will be half way to being exhausted.)
Martial Arts Specialization- To make use of the information collected with Fighting Sense, to create a tactical advantage. IE: What stat to put it into.
Example: Vad fights someone who has an advantage in speed. He can rework his Focus stat to 5% and put 10 into Agility. But because of the debuff, the Focus stat will be 0% for the time the technique is active.
