No unfortunately not, though I think a higher level of resistance to it than a normal character would be okay. Mostly because player generated elements would be different then a regular element.
So greater level of resistance to player generated element but not immunity.
Edit: By this I mean that a player that generates Ice and uses it against you would still harm you, just to a lesser extent. However if they took control of ice in an environment, you could still have an immunity to that because they didn't create that ice of their own ki.
