There were concerns of people just buying a Power-Up and, basically, being permanently transformed. Perma-SSJ is how we referred to it.

It's a fairly legitimate concern. While we can say a Power-Up is "tiring" or that it "drains the user" after being used, that never really stops anyone from using it however they wanted.

With the inclusion of Power Points, people have to think ahead of time before just snapping into a transformation.

EDIT: We're also looking at other ways to implement the use of PP, but that will come later.
