I can't begin to explain how much it would suck to have PP drained out of you. "LOl, I just took your PP. Now, not only can you not transform, but you have to invest a shit-ton of money and/or time to get them back. Oh, and I just got them for *free*."

Like I said, people trying to do things involving PP will be under tight scrutiny. People won't be able to make a move that says "I drain PP from someone as long as I touch them because I have Ki Absorption."
