I reset the password to qwerty, though that shouldn't help if your old password didn't work. As Guldo said, make sure your cookies are set appropriately and any firewalls are turned off. If you have a pop-up blocker, turn it off. Also, if you are using AOL, it would help to access the training program with Parental Controls turned off (set to General Access).
