I might price it even higher.
Sage has a remarkably similar technique to Uninhabitable Cold, which brings the temp down to about -60 celsius and covers... about a square mile. And that was worth... 50xp?
But -60 celsius, while potentially fatal, is survivable. -150 fahrenheit would kill most people. I'm totally fine with the tech but I imagine it would have to cost more, even with the pp attachment.
That said, I would like an admin to step in. I'm honestly unsure, and I'd rather not make a potentially unfair ruling.
