Basically it works like this.
Person A has psychokinesis and purchased the technique im creating.
Person B just has psychokinesis
Both players Launch their respective force puch technique. Because Person A hasa legitimate technique it means his force push is not only stronger but its more precise because it is a practiced and honed technique. Please correct me if im wrong. But my purpose for this technique was as vad stated earliar. And to build on my psychic fighter build by increaseing the strength of base techniques before moving on to stronger more powerful techniques i could be making.
