Now, my question is this:
What if Alex and Addonexus were in a spar, or a fight, or whatever, and Addon has his force push as a psychokinetic technique, but Alex does not. During the fight they both simutaneously throw a force push, Addon's attack is stronger in the context of his own CA, but since there is such a discrepancy(sp?) in Alex's and Addon's CA, does it really matter that Addon's force push is a technique and Alex's is not? Would Addon's still win since it is a technique? Or would Alex's force push win because of the difference in CA?
