V.A.T.S.: Using the talents she obtained from Afterimage the performs a altered version of the technique. As she performs the afterimage her perception is enhanced as the world appears slower to her from the techniques altered speed flow. This allows her after the usage of afterimage, to have her reaction time better, dodge attacks with much greater efficiency, and aim for targeted points with much greater success. While the world appears slower for Karin, it is NOT actually slowed at all, it is simply the speed flux after the use of Afterimage. To other individuals it just appears as if she is moving with incredible precision and skill. This technique does not actually make Karin any faster, as she relies on the usage of Afterimage to make this technique possible. Because this technique depends on the use of Afterimage it is only able to be used a few seconds after she performs said technique, and is counterable if her target uses Afterimage of Combat teleportation.
Is that better, Amigo? I've tried to write out the speed description of it, and left it with it's core thoughts. That it can only be used after Karin uses Afterimage, that it slows down the world to her alone, that it lasts a few moments, and that it does not work if her opponent uses afterimage or combat teleportation.
