Megaton Hammer:
Taught to Toma by Jens, King Kai’s old student. By coating his entire right arm in thick dense layers of energy, Toma can make it equal the weight of several thousand tons. Though the downside to this technique is it takes every ounce of strength the user has to even move it, and countless hours of training to master it. Though after mastering, a person can successfully pull off a spin combo of hits with this attack, but it’s still hard to do.

Reworded for Vad: (Father/Son storyline anyone?)

Megaton Hammer:

By coating his right arm with thick sheets of liquid steel, Vad forms his appendage into a giant hammer. By condensing the metal around his arm he can make this hammer weigh several hundred pounds. Used alone this technique is rather worthless, because of the sheer weight and difficulty of moving the weapon around, but with practice one can form it in seconds and get off a series of hits, before having to release the gathered metal.
