Static Grip - Victoria empowers her body with electric energy, creating either a positive or a negative charge. Doing this, she will focus static energy into her feet and hands and insert the same charge into surfaces that she touches. She can jump onto walls, and buildings, and climb them or walk on them effortlessly since her charged body 'sticks' to the infused surface. If she is knocked out, or ceases the effect by loss of energy or otherwise, she will fall. She can reapply the effect so long as she has enough energy to do so. Requires Super Leaping.
